If you play cleric and use holy purification, you can just nuke a whole rooms of undead and get the monster kill really high… maybe a bonus 100 ap depending on the round (assuming you go Ruins > Crypts > Inferno)

The current official Arena season (the first one with account rewards, not labeled as “Test”) launched on February 20, 2026.
It is still ongoing and is scheduled to end at the end of April 2026 (roughly 4 weeks from now). Ironmace confirmed this in Hotfix #111 on March 20, 2026, specifically so players would have enough time to grind Adventure and Arena ranks before the season closes. No newer hotfix or announcement has changed that timeline. The most recent Hotfix #111-1 (March 25) was just bug fixes and did not touch the season end date.
Rank rewards for both Adventure and Arena modes are coming in the “next update” (they said this on March 20 and haven’t dropped it yet).

In my experience I've only seen two red names (in arena). The first was a dark red name bard who teamkilled me on the 2nd round after I had dark offered to 1hp. He said it was because I had hit him with darkbolt which got him killed (he was dead by the time I had finished lifestealing in spawn because he just full ints). The second was a light red cleric who started to heal the enemy team after we lost the first round.

thats not a solution that is brain illness. im good and will take u down ez, i just dont need to be geared for that, spending time on building gear for that is ineffective. but still, if u have a healthy brain, and will think about how game work - u can see that in a solo dungeon u are placed together with dozen of ppl, and usually most of them +- same skilled, cus in this game u have no "noobs" or new players. so in there u have battles 1x1 with +- skilled players, with +- same gear score, so u can call it a fair 1x1 with ~50% chances to win, statistically. + a lot of luck and random affecting it, including 3d parties and other situations.

so in a solo dungeon even one pvp statistically is ~50% to win. but u have a lot of pvp in there, so ur chances is actually way less then 50% to win all of them and exit. that is how game designed now, so even if u as good as me - u will statistically exit ~few dungeons and then die and sit on market a lot. thats why i prefer running squire gear and it also marks me as a good player cus i can easily get u down even naked. thats more easy and comfortable than sitting on a market and spend my time

It's the opposite, the market makes getting gear extremely fast and too easy.

I personally have more fun in ssf when a good kit took me hours or longer to get, and I actually care about it and don't wanna lose it.
Market makes regearing so fast and efficient it makes me stop caring about gear a few weeks I to each wipe.

1. chance for gear by looting - a lot lower so its rare to find any gear and its expensive
2. usually looted gear have no rolls
3. rolls are not bound to the gear. it is separate, like "gem +3 str" placed in a items "gem socket". u can remove this roll ad have it as a gem and place it in another item
4. in pvp when u loot body - u can get only a part (~third for example) of gem-rolls. u cant get full item, it is bound to the character, he will get it back after death in lobby
5. different things to manage this system with. some things to be able to loot the whole item (rare = expensive) or mb u have to use some things to bound the item to urself first to get it back after death, idk
6. squire give green blue and other gear without rolls, more squire upgrade, not only with quests but with gold

so in this idea we pvp not for gear itself but for its "pieces" - for part of its rolls. and we spend less time on auction, we slowly build our gear and do not lose it fully after death, we only need to "repair" it with gem-rolls which were looted from us. gear more rare = more expensive, total amount of money circle in pvp should not change
