Desirable stats are very straightforward for Fighter and Barbarian, and Ranger is so good right now if you can land your shots, so I think those are probably the most approachable this wipe.

But yes, if he knows how to play those other ones well, he will probably do just fine

I personally like mobs in arena bc i think dealing with mobs quickly and effectively is a key skill of the game. But i get why people dont like them in there.

Im also weird and think arena should be 2x2 modules with teams starting on opposing corners. Mobs in the spawn modulea but not the others (maybe). This way you dont get a bad map, only unfavorable modules. Classes can better play to their strengths. Better flanking and ambush opportunities. Better simulates the actual dungeon etc etc
