The game is just pathetic I've played since the 2nd beta and quit at S3. The dev's are incapable of making a balanced game so they have to appease the player base of who are the die hard fans so certain classes are better than others. They simply can not make it so that each class has even a chance(PvE or PvP). Look at rogue it was too OP now its worthless. Fighter was great then its not. Wizard was horrible and Sorc is better like they can't make up their mind. They listen too much to these losers spamming emojis instead of actually having a brain and deciding how to make a game.

It's been an hour without Dark and Darker, and I can’t stop shaking and I’m having severe mental breakdowns. I woke up today trying to log onto Dark and Darker but the servers were down. I had a major panic attack but managed to calm down after a few minutes. I couldn’t go to school today, I am so worried that I even took my dad's gun from the shed, thinking of kiling myself. I survived on the feeble hope that wizard will be buffed soon. I am nothing without Dark and Darker, it is my life, it is my destiny; without Dark and Darker, I wouldn't be able to do anything. Dark and Darker is the best thing ever made and I can't get rid of my addiction to it, it is the best RPG in existence. After that, we went on many dates to the Crypts, where we adopted 2 skeletons named repoze and PartyChip Recently, I switched to barb and took them to Forgotten Castle, and the kids found an ultimate ruby. I genuinely don’t understand the hate. Ironmace is doing what no other dev team has the guts to do, stripping away fun, progression, and player agency to give us something pure. Removing random modifiers? That’s not a flaw, that’s design philosophy. Now you don’t play for loot, you play for enlightenment. And forcing trios? Absolute genius. It teaches social skills, emotional resilience, and humility as you get deleted by a squad while loading in solo because your friends have jobs.

People crying about “no reason to grind” clearly missed the point. There’s never been a reason. The grind was a lie, a test. And Ironmace just freed us from the illusion. No dopamine, no payoff, just raw, unfiltered pain. That’s peak gaming.

Meanwhile, SDF is sitting in his cave, levitating off the fumes of our collective tears, watching us crumble while he sculpts yet another W patch. You’re not supposed to enjoy Dark and Darker.
