Which will end up being boss room anyways because bossing > looting. The core of the matter is bossing is objectively the most profitable thing in game to do. Like these modules are purely added for timmys filling their inventory with random loot from chests. Trinket wise a pile will always be more efficient. Again the issue, pile and bossing is too good compared to anything else in the game once you got it down

Fair enough. Did anyone consider just having no quiver, just having it default like in FPS games where you have a shot count, and reload when your number runs to 0. It would avoid having a whole new item to equip, and the annoyance of arrows in the inventory.

You could just limit them automatically to 60 arrows or something so you can balance rangers arrow cap rather than some coming in with 200+ and some coming in with 20, etc. - Better for new players, and actually caps the high-end.

Like IM has actually been kinda cooking, the issue is they are switching everything up every single wipe, because they can't come to terms with balance in the game, even though it's been in a good spot for like 2 wipes, only requiring adjusments, instead of a complete overhaul. Like that's the issue with IM rather take the extreme than the middle ground. "oh people like ssf, let's make arena ssf mid wipe" "oh people complain about mobility we just remove everystat, par main stat rolls and action speed / phys power / pdr from being worth anything

I'd love to see a Wheel for arrows (similar to spells)
You start with 1 arrow type (normal) and 60 arrows.
You can find more arrows, which only get added to the wheel (no inventory slots)
You can loot special arrows (poison, fire, rupture, ice, whatever), which get added to the wheel for individual powered shots. They're uncommon to epic, and are found in stacks of 1-3.
Those arrows can also be crafted via the workbench

No it absolutely was not, it was just exploiting systems so there was only one gameplay style in the end, no one was using any weapon other than the one meta weapon, genuinely awful gameplay and thats why it died.

I think the wipe timer in-game is for 13.5 hours, but even if wipe starts then, I would say add 6, maybe 8+ hours for maintenance

If it's a skill, either activate it early or a rogue with cutthroat won't let you use it in time.
But they did discuss something about being able to use skills and abilities 'faster', specifically in those cases I think?
