good question. so right now in PVE HR you risk your kit to fight the same PVP HR boss for a chance at legendaries... not exactly worth it. If the loot is basically quarantined anyway (cant be traded/sold/used outside of PVE) in this scenario, there is no longer a need for it to be lower quality. it can match the PVP modes. This lets PVE enjoyers (people who were never going to queue PVP modes anyway) farm their bis same as the PVP guys

and it can't leave the mode, so it wouldn't negatively impact the PVP market. might actually improve it. if people learn how to find amazing gear in PVE mode they might get curious about what thats like in PVP

My thought on druid is to make instant shift a skill like intense focus on wiz. Instant shifting for 8 or so seconds and then it goes on cd. Shifting + instant shift means no room for spells. So you could either be a shifter, caster, or hybrid.

This maintains the existing druid movement tech bht in a mkre controlled way and prevents the crazy escape + reset potential they have currently
