tidal chest has good knowledge and vigor base... 10spell druid needs ALOT of knowledge. debuff duration on druid with dreamwalk is never a dead roll because it helps bring dreamwalk back from cooldown sooner (its cooldown is a self-applied debuff) as well as reducing the duration of weapon hit slows and curses.
The biggest drawbacks to playing lifebloom is you're VERY susceptible to dive, so it can be tough to build enough MS. Thats what made we switch from demons grip gloves and demonclad legs to tidal prowler gloves and frostlight trousers. 109.8% move speed with 140+ HP and +12-18 mag heal (12 with book, 13 with weap+ball, 18 with staff of gluttony)

Restore - Magic Heal scaling changed from (.5) to (1)
Restore - Radius changed from 3m-5m
Entangling Vines - Now applies a 10%MS stacking slow debuff, resulting in a 1s root when the 3rd stack is applied.
Entangling Vines - Duration increased from 3s to 5s
Thorn Barrier - Width increased 50%
Thorn Barrier - Duration increased from 4s to 8s
Thorn Barrier - HP reduced to 50
Lifebloom - Now also adds +1 spellcasting charge to Mending Grove

Further limits druid's retreat/reset/reengage tactics in solo play, while enhancing skill expression and viability of trios druid as zone defense/group healer/pick playmaker
