After spectating them more it looks like rogue stacks this buff somehow exponentially. It gives +2 to all stats per buff. How Can I report this? if u download without a vpn anyone can see ur ip. If you're seeding make sure you use a VPN. If you don't want to seed make sure you turn off your torrent manager everytime you start your PC or uninstall it.
