Now I can't enable the TPM, the Trusted computng option doesn't appear, and all the answers I've found indicate that I need to buy a new motherboard or add an external memory module, components that aren't available in my region. Im a fighter, median in the skill level, and i would say that your best bet is to let them use a few quick quasting spells like fireball until they only got long chanting spells, during that time you should try to fight back with your long range option for your class, or at least forcing them to make mistakes, ducking and crouching is the best way to evade spells.

I think you definitely need a movement speed buff on your own to win against them, there is a high chance that if they feel confident, they will start to approach at like 4-5m, at that moment you can unequipe your weapon and rush them with high move speed

But they also take more damage on arm hits in the same instance

Otherwise, you should look at in the Bios if XMP is activated or not (for this, just read the doc of your mobo, that you can found on the web easy, nothing hard, and you can't mess up)

depending on your weapon its pretty easy to deal with people blocking with weapons, to me the hardest to get past is longsword because of its absurdly large hitbox for the block, but like halberd its easy to poke their legs and if they dont leave stance they will kinda just lose
and if you do hit their block just block riposte their riposte
