I'm also a VoIP enjoyer when playing the games, but there are so many players with different objectives and experiences.
Some players just want to dash through the doors, regardless of the mobs, to reach high-intensity PvP points (even if that means cutting off your teammates' path with mobs) to play solo and 1v3, while others prefer to loot.
Regarding past experiences, some people have grown weary of negative comments or even insults in the VoIP and would rather just turn it completely off. I personally think that the good outweighs the bad, and you can easily mute other players from the Esc menu, plus I haven't had many negative experiences over the in-game VoIP either.

One of my favorite voiper archetypes. And then later he starts commentating you while he's dead. "Omg look at this guy opening a chest, for loot! 🤮 " , he some how proclaims while dead. (How is the dead guy even talking, am I hearing a ghost?)

And it's quite anoying when you're in the back, and gotta wait for the others to load in the game.

since gold isn't an actually digital purchase besides rmt it would be legal in most places too because its not real gambling

Luck stat is very good in adventure mode, it helps you get much better loot drops, because it makes White and Grey gear drop less frequently as well as increasing the drop rate for epic gear.

Then strength/ physical damage bonus rolls, vigor/dexterity and knowledge if you're prioritizing casting with hybrid lock.

Shoot for high physical power bonus, high health and action speed above 10%.

Casting reduces your move speed by like 35%, you also don't want to back pedal, you want to sidestep and turn your camera angle last second.

You can use the song of shadows, the monsters eventually walk back to their origin location while you're invis.

If you're talking about the ruins pile key room, you can lead them all out of the room and then open the door with the key, bard is fast enough to do that.

Its decent, it's projectile reduction which is more versatile than PDR.

But it's nothing to write home about

It affects things like Ice bolt, sorcerer projectiles, goblin mage orbs, lich missile, banshee orb attack, bows/crossbows ect.

If i were to offer any advice and this is just as a 5k hour player im not a game dev by any means. Im not saying that Squire to riches was the wrong way to play, im simply saying that the game loop for squire to riches was created with the intention of players learning the game loop without fear of being stat checked, the current iteration is the same thing. The only difference is you have less people fighting over potions and bandages, because i played a lot of that game mode. it was rats looting the outskirts and skirmishes in the middle. My only critique of the new S2R is there needs to be one set of blue portals on the first floor and the match times need to be 2-3 minutes longer or the zone damage needs to be cut back for the first few close phases.

warlock to just weaken your foe a lil b4 going into melee (im mostly suggesting melee cuz you mentioned learning PvE aswell and in most cases you will need to melee PvE) tho warlock is also great for clearing PvE with their spells

I like death knight warlock a lot, take the perk for heavy armor, go longsword or halberd, blow of corruption hits like a truck and you weaken enemies with curses before fighting them in melee

for learning PvE i honestly just reccomend watching a quick guide on mob attack patterns and counters, once you do it a couple times you should have it down then most enemies dont feel like a threat at all anymore

for PvP its all about space management, land your shots while making the opponent miss more, a lot of this will just come from experience tho so pick a couple weapons you like and get used to their ranges, swing patterns, and hit boxes and you'll quickly get the hang of it

ah they're easy you just gotta be patient, let them swing all 3 times then go in for 1-2 hits depending on how fast your weapon swing is, if they dont do the full 3 swings you moved to far away

most of this game's PvE can be boiled down to move close enough for them to swing at you, move out of range of the swing, then hit them while they're in recovery between swings

the slings can be tricky cuz sometimes they do that fast shot that can catch you off guard, but in all cases just move sideways with at least a little bit of space between you and the ranged enemy and it'll miss everytime

if this is the case I can only assume its cuz your fairly close and probably swinging your weapon slowing yourself down a ton which would make you to slow to get out of the way in time, just hold your weapon and wait til they're done shooting to swing, I would say just swing once at a time then back up and dodge the next shot b4 swinging again

Agreed. This game could use with a kick mechanic for pushing mobs or players out of the way who are blocking you. How much you knock the enemy back could scale with strength and roll against your enemies strength. Would help with mobs, but also would help remove the silly door close mechanic of “let me stand directly in the doorway while I close it so you cannot get through it”

Most people die or alt F4 after first floor anyway so often you are alone in crypt or inferno.

I prefer my Maelstorm without pvp in HR solo 😄 some calm barnacle picking, murlock annihilation is good for my nerves.

You should get at least something if noone looted your body, that is weird.
Sometimes it just takes longer but..

I do not have even 50% of Q for him and still get at least 1-3 items most of the time.

No but the treasure pile in between both boss rooms after you kill them drops artifacts.

I thought they removed chance for artifact from any treasure pile, even in frost map or after lizard kill etc.

Only key room piles and double boss room piles drop artifacts, open piles like crypts wheel pile(not the gold key at top the one with the skeleton champ) and ice caves open pile, do not.

shame about the changes on squire to riches tbh i thought it was in a good place loads of pvp loot was somewhat worth it i think if they wanted to change it up add some hr mobs etc in there randomly with maybe a chance at a HR boss maybe
