I think that an even bigger factor is how many situations need to be accounted for.
A lot of people think that "balance" = "Every class can go toe to toe with every other class in the 1v1" and that's just not it.
You have 1v1s 2v2s, 3v3s, arenas, eight different maps with an immense number of different modules that all have wildly different terrain and hazards, etc
It's literally not possible to "balance" the way that everyone wants. Different classes and even different playstyles within the same class work to different levels of effect on different maps, in different matchups, with different mobs present. What's useless in one map can be hugely obnoxious in another, etc

If you're using enhanced wildness, aim for 41.5% pdr, then id say you need a min of 35 str, 15%+ action speed. The more the better though. A few points in agi helps panther, but honestly the phys % from str helps panther the best rn

If you're using shapeshift mastery, then don't need to stack much knowledge. If not, you want to get like at least 45% cast speed

holy fk barb is busted... that 10%pdr pen off rage changes everything for solo. You can now build tanky and still have 320 MS basically permanently with treacherous lungs.. What this does it is makes savage roar inevitable and potion chugger uncounterable. And this is the class that was the strongest solo class before the buff anyway, what where they thinking? (tested with a blue 700g kit, allready feels unbeatable)
