Well, after 2100 hours, I'm finally quitting Dark and Darker for good, not because I got killed and I'm rage quitting, but because this game is full of bugs, full of cheaters, and its creators don't moderate players who cheat or team up. I paid $30 for a game that costs $10. Am I the fool here? It's possible, since I bought it when the reviews on Steam were negative. I hope everyone who continues to play Dark and Darker enjoys the game as much as I did. I can't anymore. Good luck in your games.

After over 200 hours with trying to find help and learn the game properly, I have not once been given help. I have no idea how to kill a boss. I play the new pvp mode and get killed by the first person I see or dont[rogues].
I have tried multiple times putting in a ticket for a "knight" never once have I got one.
This game isn't fun to learn, fun to try and pvp, or fun to just mindlessly farm for rewards that don't do anything.

make sure the last one is always placed properly by having good positioning. Another thing i sometimes do, make sure one of the first two phases the ice is placed properly along the edge of the arena and then making sure they do not break. That way I can use them on the final phase. Sometimes you get unlucky but for the most part if you position yourself well you should be able to place the Ice Projectiles properly. Even a single blob of ice can sometimes be used to keep you from getting pushed off the platform but it depends on how it is rotated.

Literaly any pieces that give dex, vig, str, or agi will be good. Usually you want to go for vig and dex first, then str, then agi. Instead of stacking knowledge on your gear, buy yourself a high tier Lute. They have knowledge on them, so you can put any and all of you Lute songs last in the memory cap list, and you'll have the mem cap for all of those just by pulling out Lute. If you really need more, you can take either Story Teller for 5 will and 3 knowledge, or Lore Master for 5 mem cap. But usually the Lute is enough. Even if that isnt, you can get a blue lyre and get add mem cap and mem cap bonus on that, have your drum and flute songs first, then lyre, and THEN lute. Shouldnt ever really need to get knowledge or mem cap on actual gear

Point being, if it is continuous, finding players or avoiding players is more about finding dead mobs and opened chests than it is knowing the exact location of the enemy team at the moment the game starts. you can block him with a shield though. He does sets of 3 quick charges with some time after. But if there are any players nearby you are cooked because reposting him takes 50 years and in most cases, you are literally causing a scene in the middle of the freaking open map. Only quick way to kill him is to get him to beach himself. But that requires some planning... doesnt help when he instant spawns in front while you are swimming your own bussiness
