Now the real honesty of the situation is they left nexon after working on p3, hired people to positions pre-formed based off their experience at nexon in the same team format for p3, did not have any game brainstorming sessions as they "already knew what the vision was" and proceeded to make a game in record time with a fresh company that consisted entirely of prior nexon exmployees working in their same positions as they worked on p3. But sure, they didn't steal anything. They just memorized the blueprint.

Then they lacked the confidence to do anything else because they were scared to even publicize the game considering the looming and very loseable lawsuit. Follow this with a quickly growing development team after forfeiting all the money after losing a portion of their case, but despite the growing development team the game barely even crawls in terms of development, despite how quickly it was developed and put together (showcasing how little skill they actually had in developing their own material)

Just my opinion.

I played a lot the season you added the sorcerer. It was great with several lobbies, random dungeons and then circle in HR. What happened to the game... ?

I would get back to the game but:

• there is no single player queue for all map (it's like I can access only 1/3 of content)
• there is no gear capped lobbies (<124, <224)
• content is being removed instead of added (I think I don't need to explain this one).

Having any single map for solo play is just bad in comparison for what it was. Many players play mostly solos... (anyway playing in team isn't the best way to farm quests for instance). And I don't care if other maps are not balanced for solo (except maybe some inferno modules, it was never unplayable for solo).

About gear capped lobbies - it allowed me in past to invest 1k gold to buy kit for <124 lobby, and about 3k for <224 HR lobby. So I didn't have too grind as complete monkey to get semi-competitive kits and have fun. Now without any limit to gear score, I am afraid this is the same as in older seasons with no capped lobbies - it's all or nothing - everyone runs purple/orange gear or nothing because there is no point otherwise. And it is even worse that the end of season. There should be some way to enjoy and play with the gear you found in dungeon without having to grind hours to have top kit.

So the current game state - it is only for completely new players, or top players that spends on ton of time on grinding. What about bad players? 🙂 I already know how the game works but cannot grind hours. Either, I play uncapped lobbies and get destroyed by players grinding every day, or I can follow new-players and enter no PvP worse normal mode version...

I am not sure why did you even introduced adventure mode, that having <25 lobbies (and arena) where players could learn game and combat without relying on special mode for them.

Why is it that the general consensus around the flanged mace is that it is complete and utter trash? I really don't get it. It swings substantially faster and after a few glances the swing pattern does not seem all that different from the other one handed mace, the Morning Star.

I mean for crying out loud, the Morning Star is three times the price of a Flanged mace at Epic quality.

Only straight vertical overbead swings are kinda bad, especially vs shield/LS. I also think the hit zones are worse than morning star as morning star has a big ball as its optimal hit zone whereas mace is more likely to hit with shaft

I've countered every "argument" you've made, barb has built in answers to everything you're complaining about, as I've already pointed out. Just because you don't know how to build/set up the class properly doesn't mean it's weak. You can absolutely have all of that at the same time with the correct build/setup and a high end kit. I've seen it plenty enough to know that's a fact. Also, they have access to several one-handed weapons. They have access to a shield for blocking arrows and spells. Yeah I just suck with crossbow. Also the time it takes to reload crossbow on fighter is insane in some situations. I find it annoying to have to sacrifice so much strength or vigor for that extra 30 dex to make crossbow usable in one on one comp. In teams it's dope even low action speed but when im solo the sorc/wizard gets the kill on me if I don't hit head. It's such a heavily counterable thing. Especially when the fireball/elemental bolt has one shot capability. I always get put down from like 10-20 feet whilst reloading or trying to push for melee. I can also admit ignorance and being overconfident something though. It's a mix of my skill issue and the headshot damage being so high.

Also it's hard to get mdr on fighter beyond like 25-35% without again sacrifices of other stats dex/str/vgr

True damage= when you hit a shot on head that is 20 damage×200%=40 damage it actually gets set to 44 damage because TRUE damage applies BEFORE any other modifiers.

Additional phys= basically what strength does. It adds to the physical damage bonus % you get.

Also yes what they are saying about being low strength matters alot. For rogue you want true and additional DAMAGE

For classes with more base strength you want additional POWER

The reason being that once you surpass a certain number on strength you gain more damage for wvwry few POWER points as opposed to just having true damage on your weapons.

This is because true damage alswya applies BEFORE any other modifier

If you have high power and your headshot that does 40 damage x 200%=80 damage will still only be 84 if you have true damage.

If you increase your power you get more on the high end

I believe all hunting loot drops in pve even blades and matter from bosses but it's just ABYSMALLY low rates.

Yes. Additional Weapon Damage scales with Physical Damage Bonus, while Additional Physical doesn't

Though, it's sorta a marginal difference unless you have a high phys damage value.

For example, if you have 25% physical damage bonus, then your 2 additional weapon damage becomes 2.5 additional weapon damage, or 5 on headshot.

get rid of ranger 2 shot longbow and shotgun ability then maybe i come back to the game. just got done with a 2 month break and wizard still is the best melee class. ranger is still two shotting people with longbow and has shotgun a 100hp kill mechanic. that is still bugged out where you can jump into a enemy shield and lean into them with shotgun so a shield cannot block it. for some reason club is dealing more dmg then a two hander. love the time i had with the game but unless if the new wipe actually addresses people using felling axe in your feet as a viable out dps mechanic. ranger longbow dmg and wizards ability to do everything from 50 to 80 dmg staff hits and have spells. a new content drop will never work for the long run people will only end up frustrated. as we veterans all have felt after getting a grasp for the game.

The best way to find gems right now is to find them from pile hoards, easiest accessible one is the one in frost mountain middle module, and the goblin cave boss ones, otherwise there’s a couple in inferno, abyss, etc

Mobs give exp per kill, but the most experience comes from loot, you want to prioritize small sized gear and lootable trinkets because the experience is per item and rarity, not slot size.

So single 1x1 items of higher rarity give the best experience values

Stackable gems are peak for exp

And of course questing along the way

get rid of ranger 2 shot longbow and shotgun ability then maybe i come back to the game. just got done with a 2 month break and wizard still is the best melee class. ranger is still two shotting people with longbow and has shotgun a 100hp kill mechanic. that is still bugged out where you can jump into a enemy shield and lean into them with shotgun so a shield cannot block it. for some reason club is dealing more dmg then a two hander. love the time i had with the game but unless if the new wipe actually addresses people using felling axe in your feet as a viable out dps mechanic. ranger longbow dmg and wizards ability to do everything from 50 to 80 dmg staff hits and have spells. a new content drop will never work for the long run people will only end up frustrated. as we veterans all have felt after getting a grasp for the game.

Have you read what these guys are typing? They think better quality of this game which is in the dumps means more money when less people are logging in. THats not good business or correct in any shape form or fashion. Take a look at games that are good like baldurs gate 3 or skyrim where people are still buying that shit even after next to no updates for so long. Meanwhile we have these guys handler reverting the game and semi wiping every time we turn around with horrible changes that still make this game longbow and bower.

And while sdf is making those changes they are yes manning the shit out of sdf. Its not good at all.

While I agree mostly with this, it's less on the new classes and more so the fact that they haven't updated anything for the old classes aside from small balance patches (that end up flip flopped anyways). Perks and skills need added or at least update the old ones to make the more relevant.
But don't worry, they added Swimming and Zip-lines, core features this game has been missing... 🙄
