The skill cieling in this game is one of the highest in any game I have ever played. I wont be able to compete with the demons who have 4k hours in HR lobbies that know every single double jump cheese spot and other interactions unless I play as much as they do which I just cant do. I liked the gear score lobbies because I could go in with a green kit that cost like 800 gold and still feel like Im having fun

after a long break of this game this is what i gotta say. i like how they changed the maps to randomize a bit makes spawn hunting alot harder. It is sad to lose solos and duos (1k hours solo) but we did badly need queue reduction i just wish they came up with a different way of going about it. The circle should be removed, and there should be fewer blue escape portals. Blue portals should then spawn randomly throughout the map. The 'continuous dungeon' timer where you can enter a dungeon after it's already started needs to be decreased. Removing random rolls is fine, but they should add very rare cosmetic items that drop in-game as the main coveted items. They should rework merchant quests where you just need tokens or something minted in your name that you can turn in to any merchant to gain rep.

i want to say sdf doesnt care about the knights. That might be horrible to say but whenever i get that thought i remember the adventure cloaks.... Ironmace went to a hell of a lot of trouble getting those for us. they hired an artist for a design, then created entirely new cloaks, theyre not just skins that cover up adventure cloaks. when you "equip" the adventure cloak skin youre basically removing adventure cloaks for you character in game and introducing the new cloak. because of that i believe SDF cares about the knights and the playerbase as a whole and i really, really really hope he knows what he's doing.

Despite some people's negative opinions on PvE mode. I personally loved it, and it brought me back to the game and helped me learn more about the game than the "only PvP" mode that the game had before. When it was only PvP mode, I was learning SQUAT 0 of the game's mechanics, and wasn't improving at all. PvE mode gave me a safe space to learn more about the game. AND it actually encouraged me to try out PvP after playing it a bunch. If they remove the PvE mode, I might just quit and uninstall like I did before. I still play some PvE matches to warm up my skill before going on PvP High Roller. (or the solo PvP mode before they streamlined it to strictly trios).

I think the entire focus is skewed. Its okay for specific classes to be better in certain pools (solo, duo, trio). Balancing the game around specific pools shouldn't be so heavily influencing the games state. In any other game, classes are PROPERLY balanced with pros and cons. Half the classes who do well in solos currently aren't even considered in trio comps.
