as a vet, since they forced me into hr.. I play wizard only with meditation/arcanemastery/staff.. This i think is the only way to basically ignore pve even in HR.. cleric has good pve builds but its slower than wiz with meditation.. the game will change again this wont be like that forever...

Gear score and item limits were such a mistake. How many countless new players uninstalled after doing a normal run and being UNABLE to ever use any of the items they picked up?

I think alot of streamers have complained about 1) openHR being too empty and 2) back and forth balance changes. And SDF thought "hold my vision, I got just the thing for you..." Repoze video had a huge impact on SDF, but SDFs patches was not what Repoze wanted at all..for example

But for sure not savage roar, it was argueably the best skill allready and surely not a ranged slow.. My theory is he added the slow to savage purely cause its less code, since savage is the only debuff skill of Barb(except achill) so its just an added value.

I'm here for the wild changes too, I always held the line. I think the current gear system turns progression into a sweat fest and makes a lot of people frustrated to the point they quit. I never played the upper HR gear bracket for the same reason, even if I have 3k hours.

I'm curious where the game goes next. I'm mostly a solo player but I'm trying to adapt. If the upcoming changes will mean less time in market and more in the dungeon, it's a big win for me.

if you have CM, you can CoP som1 and your friend (w/o CM), can also CoP them, and they count as separate debuffs so they receieve damage from both. if both of you had CoP or neither do, they would be the same debuff and wont stack

gold keys sits around 1.2k to 1.5k ( tanks most during arena days since people are liquidating for meds and prots ) , sks sits around 19k to 21k usually. so depending on the amount your trying to store id say choose accordingly and avoid paying overprice. chests are great too since there always in demand.

We don't know and you can't. That said realistically it has 30+ days in it. Wipes are typically three months long but some have lasted as long as 6.

What if they removed all random modifiers and picked like static rolls that could roll to make it simpler and more balanced like Lightfoot Boots (rare) 10ms and then a static roll of like 2agi or 2str or 2int this would be random so theres more interesting items and on top of that ud have much rarer items that have modifer bonuses like 1 second of increased poison duration and theyd also add a talent tree that would have the same kinda talents but stronger , the items would be lesser versions of the talents in the talent tree like 2 or 3 seconds of increased poison duration , so the items are fairly balanced and enable builds and theres greater depth with a talent tree for build diversity.

This is because the old community is echo chambering since there arent many new players coming in, its the same people over and over on the same meta and sdf wonders why balancing is so "hard" probably because he listens to the vets too much (granted he listens to nothing by the looks of it) and is scared to have new players join the game so he had to banish pve and solo/duo to preserve the same stale, 3v3 extract game its been, since launch.

i play casually, i much prefer the older method of having gear that i find actually have a purpose in later runs outside of being sold, i think that highroller at this current state is extremly one-sided in terms of gear variety and disparity and having high roller be the only pvp mode with rarities ABOVE COMMON makes playing casually useless. the only reason i play is to just get better at combat but I will probably never have enough time or money to get to the gear level of any highroller player
