The idea with Rogues having a shortbow would be the synergy with poison specifically. If it requires some nerfs to make it work (i.e. maybe Rogues have a hefty Phys Damage Penalty while using a Survival Bow) then I'm fine with that.

Here's the thing; the Survival Bow simultaneously has more range AND less range than the Minicrossbow does.

If you just fire a shot without holding it for any extra time, it has basically zero velocity and is literally the easiest projectile to dodge in the entire game. The Survival Bow actually takes a lot more skill on a non-Ranger class than you'd think (Ranger has True Shot, which is very funny on the Surivival Bow rofl)

I didnt play that much barb, but to me savage roar was ALLWAYS(w 2 exceptions for a short period) the strongest skill of barbs. At least as a frontline in teamfights. They were bad in solo but arguably the best class in other modes.
