Honestly, there's a few modules in Crypts where there's a lot of shelves that can spawn potions, and unless I'm wrong every potion spawn has a chance to be ale. Beyond that, it's just kind of playing until you find it. Every loot container, as far as I'm aware, has ale on it's table somewhere.

Yeah but you can't really stop toxic people who play only to run on Timmies to join those lobby unfortunately. I believe they should work more on the Rookie Lobby they introduced a couple month ago. We don't really know how they work and it should be the "training ground" people ask for. That on top of the Tutorial map they talked about and imo it's enough. No need for another game mode who'll just split the player base even more and, i'm pretty sure, won't make people stay on the game except PvE mode. As soon as those new player feel confident enough and try the actual dungeon they'll leave because the PvE mode is not representative of the actual game

if ya want a rookie mode like that then just limit who can play on that mode to fame, arena, and HR rating, that way only people under those limits can play that mode. this would allow them a safe haven for a period of time to only be fighting other rookies, but eventually they WILL level out of it and have to join the rest of us in the sweat lobbies.

Like a lot of classes fighter has one or two setups that are much stronger than the others.

Plate, longsword, crossbow, sprint, second wind is your cookie cutter fighter than can do everything.

Fighter is a lot more manageable to fight when its something like a sword/bonk and board fighter, but second wind is still very hard to deal with on a lot of classes as it gives the fighter the ability to essentially reverse hits mid fight

Bear is good at fighting the rest of the classes, as you can space with the rightclick and bat them away. If they get close you can shift away and make some space for yourself

You end up losing a significant amount of dmg and knowledge if you try to build move speed and you also need resourcefulness otherwise your kinda just waiting for stuff to be able to cast again for 5 to 10 seconds per spell and if you merge spells you lose 2 spells you can cast for however long and while this is happening a barb a Druid a ranger or any other class can either walk you down or just murder you from a mile away the only exception is rogue because rogue has to kind of land mine you or just silence you
