At the end of the day the idea that I think has the best hope is tailoring the maps themselves to party size. Optimize goblin for solos, forgotten for trios and the ice cavers for duos. Everyone gets what they want. Let them play on the maps that aren't for them if they want a challenge, but give them a place to go to just have fun. I don't have all day to find a decent team I have a damn job I need solos.

I have a hard time understanding the many nerfs of the cleric, as well as the fact of wanting to make the game "more hardcore". I mostly discovered the game with friends in patch 79. And I found it extremely enjoyable, that making the High-Roller mode completely different from the normal mode, while the normal mode has an equipment limit, leaves me quite perplexed.

Why don't you make a "normal" experience (all equipment limits combined) and a "hardcore" mode (with random portals, dark maps, etc.)? Just to separate two sections, each having four different types of difficulty (for the equipment level)

That currently, for the moment this new patch makes me seriously regret having bought the game

Just in case you aren't trolling though I'll let you know PDR has a hard cap of 65% unless someone is using Defense Mastery then it's 75%. Above 75% is not currently possible.

A lot of buffs were rendered fairly useless now. If they wanted to make buffs counter-playable, then they probably should buff the effect and lower the time instead of just cutting the buff time to a few seconds. No point to cast it unless the combat literally starts immediately after cast and in that case why not just prep a heal or damage ability instead

The buff has to be worth more than a damage or heal cast to be worth casting at 6 seconds

I see it differently: Our game is hardcore enough for most casual players as well. For most veterans, like us, it doesn't make much of a difference in the end.
The loss of the Gear doesn't hurt me. Nevertheless, I think this change is wrong. It will keep the weaker players away from Highroller and turn Highroller back into a gathering place for freaks and DaD nerds. Is that what you want? I definitely not.
You also have to remember that something can always go wrong. Going into a dungeon is just like in real life: You can win a hundred times and lose the next time.
It shouldn't be made unnecessarily difficult just because a few people want to feel be the elites.

Nope, you get +25% DARK MAGIC damage per shard now. Up to a max of 2… no more +1 all. The damage buff only applies to a small portion of your spells, not even BOC. Dumb patch and should be reverted or other perks/skills added to make up for the change.
