i was in a map that doesn't exist yet in dark and darker, it was like a "enchanted swamp", think darkroot garden in Dark Souls. It had a wooden bridge that dipped with like branches making up the "railing" that went in x's across the bridge, that was over a misty swamp that would go up to waist height, enough to hide when you crouched, there was tons of like evergreen trees, players all around, there was a portal by the bridge, and another portal not too far off into the trees. dude I think it could be such a cool ass map or like part of a map

For trio, barb and ranger can make a good comp with a lot of others. Barb is frontline and ranger is dps. You can go support (druid heal, cleric, bard), or ranged dps and have barb as "bodyguard" for both of you (wiz, sorc). But, more than anything, play whatever is fun.

To farm gold, depends on how you want to do it. If you want to do bossing, they are generally easier to do on melee classes. Wyvern is easiest on bard, druid & rogue.

It really is just a matter of whatever class SDF is playing and needs to buff in order to feel adequate lol. First it was rogue, then bard, then warlock, now druid/sorc. Ranger is ez to grasp at first. Use the spear once it's offered by the Squire as it's great for pve slaying. Use the bow to draw enemies from far away so you don't agro too many at once. Good luck!

Rogue is about setup, hit your win conditions and you do a lot of damage from perks etc. Barb is just an easy mode stat stick that runs at people. Also, especially if you dont have Legend status you should be playing every class at least once then deciding. You will almost always do better on something you like, rather then being a meta chaser

Panther really bad for casters but I have a hard time with pdr classes and barbs. Last patch it felt really bad and it seemed like a lot of people that mained the class hopped off it. Could use some tweaking but i hope they don’t make it unplayable.

maybe not a complete revert but panther isnt meant to be a m1 spam machine if panther gets the first hit on a speedy fighter or anything but a PDR tank panther dps trades and if they dont they can just jump through a door and dissappear its not good for the game. kinda how i feel about phantomize if youre going to give warlcok good base stats that make him viable for melee and his casting is powerful why give them a get out of jail free card

no, it has to be looted. Just keep going ruins, run straight to the cockatrice and kill, if no feather, escape and repeat. I had this issue with needing the Yeti tooth for the quest. Just gotta grind
