This isnt as simple as balancing a class or removing it though you know? There’s so many aspects to an individual class that there’s always going to be work arounds and someone will find a meta for a certain type of build. Some buffs are just insane though. There can be a spike in processing, in all its forms, after you finish a match. What you could try is open task manager on your computer and have it running in the background and set it on the Performance tab. When the game boots you, flip over to the tab and see if there's a spike on any of the resources. I was having a hard time with -all- games just recently and I had issues with the latest Nvidia drivers coupled with shader caching on my card. Rolled back driver and shut off caching and its been fine since.

There's more to it than just the scaling. Torture Mastery may have a 0.15 scaling modifier but that 0.15 is added to every instance of healing. So if I heal 2 per second with Torture Mastery and add 2 magical healing, I'll still heal 2.3 per tick for a notable increase. Druid heals add magical healing to the total healing rather than each instance. So if I heal 15 over 10 seconds(0.5) for 1.5 heal per second and add 2 magical healing it'll become 16 heal over 10 seconds for 1.6 heal per second. Only a 0.1 heal increase per instance compared to 0.3 for Warlock.

Magical Healing generally isn't a very good stat for Druid because of their heals work. Despite the higher scaling.

I honestly think 0-24 scares more players away than it retains. PVE without a decent weapon is MISERABLE and the class balance in this game does not support low GS lobbies. That being said, thats a hot take and I really don't care how non HR lobbies work either way

I think 0-24 scares less people away than getting rolled constantly by people min-maxing 124. 25-124 i think is good for newer players. I run 0-24 if im running low on gold which is not often and then i play HR more than anything
