Bard is great, for pvp, for pve, solos duos trios . Bossing . It’s a great class, you can melt people in melee if you shriek them before and they have almost no armor , and keep ur distance with survival bow aswell , very good , but hard to learn class.

Yeah , spacing is huuuge , keeping all your buffs on is also huge. You also need to learn how to block with a buckler.
If you learn to dominate bard, you learn the skills you need to play every other class.
The one thing bard suffers from, is sneaking , very hard to sneak on players when you playing music that can be hear across the module.
I wish you good luck, it’s not easy, and you gonna feel like the class is weak until you learn it! Keep at it! All those skills can be transferred to another class!

There isnt really a way to deal with landmine rogues, unless maybe you are a barbarian.
The best way to deal with them, is everytime you think they might be around, just wait 10 seconds. Hide lasts only 8 seconds, i guess as a bard, if you know they are nearby, u can play those songs that do damage, try get him out of hide. But that implies you know where he is, which is often not the case

I think a druid that is shifter build, shouldnt be able to lock people with treant anymore.

How to fix dark and darker: remove movement speed as a stat (outside of backpedal / weapon out, casting etc), remove true damage, remove spirit walk and insta transform on druid, make CoP have 0 inital hit damage and self curse warlock on a miss (like sacrifice), remove robust from barb, give rogue backstep and make crouch walking while hidden default (keep footstep noise as is).

The Major issue that breaks alot of the PvP Combat is the fact you can retain movespeed while you jump as you do certain actions, so you have tryhards constantly jumping around while doing anything other than walking which not only makes it look so goofy that it breaks immersion, but it also makes it near impossible for somebody who is not using this "technique" to win unless they have a 300+ Gearscore advantage

Rangers are most commonly interested in stats that give more movement speed, damage, and attack speed.
Things like AGI, STR, DEX are stats rangers would be interested in.
There are other stats outside of that like true damage for example they’d also would want to include into their kits

I'll speak about it, it is the chinese players that flood OCE. They used to only be on during part of the day, but now it is everyday and all day. You can't kill them because they have ESP hacks and will run away. I start by demolishing an entire module with Long Sword, then I take a moment to appreciate my own skill as only the truly talented could use such a useless and weak weapon to this level of efficiency. Then, upon entering the next module, a landmine Rogue appears from the shadows. He ambushes me for an ungodly 1/11th of my HP bar, before I kill him in 2 swings to the head. What a disgusting class! Good thing I was the better player though. And, while looting my spoils from this filthy Rogue abuser, from across the room I spot it. A dreaded Warlock! "E gads!" I say to myself. I pull out my trusty bow, the staple of any melee tank, and lay into this dastardly ranged character. The ranged bastard can't out range my trusty melee bow, so he dares an approach while using his DISGUSTING healing magic on a mob. With a meager 2 swishes of his book, he healed half of a single one of my arrows. Makes me want to vomit! Once he gets close enough, I give chase to this unholy demon. Unfortunately, he is 3% faster than I am and hits me with a vile Curse. It actually moved my HP bar! Do the developers not even play this game!? Do they not understand Fighter's plight as the weakest class!?!? I choose to abandon my infallible Heavy Plate armor, but then he turns into a ghost right when my blade would reach him. What can I possibly do!? My instincts tell me to make a hasty retreat. After all, that 1/9th of an HP bar that I lost should be looked after post haste. But I turn away my better judgement and continue the chase...... to which I am justly rewarded!

I really feel like druid shapeshift needs to have a buffer cast on it. If you cast bear, and currently you're 3 pixels from finishing the animation, you do not transform. I think they need to add that you can buffer inputs so as soon as the animations over, you can change.

Right i know it happens. The point I'm making is that gear disparity would be higher without the market because of this. Since like you said, I as a normal player can get what rolls i need to stand a chance in PvP. Without the market I no longer can have good rolls without trading directly which takes more time and energy so less time in the dungeon. Depending on their build it will be very hard but if you build to counter barbarian (smite, faithfulness, close quarters damage) you actually may have an edge on them in most situations as a melee cleric is very scary

Yeah, I've been mostly having a lot of fun with it. Using good Blue/Purple gear, I can easily have 45+ strength with ale and if they let me Bless+Divine Strike and then also Smite my Quarterstaff, it's a BONKER.

There are foundational aspects of gear that make it incredibly hard to outplay others unless you are at or around their gear level. Bard moving at 330 move speed with four purple crossbows in their inventory? Yeah let me just outplay that guy real quick… when that gear is readily provided for free to players it creates a self destructing environment imo
