Maybe against other wizards, every lobby is 10 slayer fighters with surv bows these days; I play 10 spell and my finger DDR barely makes the cut most of the time. I hit virtually every spell spot on and the Sprint/Second Wind combo nullifies that since you have to play midrange as Wizard against Fighter these days.

idk, makes sense to me tbh, kind of reminds me of the fighter in d&d, proficient in nearly every weapon so it makes them pretty versatile regardless of what's going on. unfortunately, there's not enough diversity in perks/skills to really take advantage of their combat mastery

they have what? dual wield, slayer, and mostly sword/shield abilities. once you get weapon master, you can't really pair any other perk while wielding the hammer or halberd, etc

I dont disagree with the "cut" content being a terrible idea. It is. At the same time you're at a similar disadvantage to many other classes. As a druid i cant get a spear, which is very important at low levels. Druid is extremely stat reliant and practically cant 1v1 anyone in starting gear unless there's severe skill diff

You should learn to pull selectively if its a mob thats hard for you pull 1 by 1 if its some trash mobs like shield skeletons then you can try pulling multiple and clearing them all at once by utilising hit dragging
Phys healing is not worth building it just improves bandage healing but not by much

Heyo fellow old WoW player here, I finally found myself trying to boss recently and honestly with a good trio you would enjoy the game a lot. You can also swap loot between characters with your starred bag. Basically on wipe instead of starting with 1 bag you'll have 2. One of them is shared loot on everything through all your characters. (I typically store money only in mine)

In addition to this you get a bunch more slots to play more classes, I've always mained druid in WoW but I'm finding myself maining warlock here. Each class is a small learning curve, but if you enjoy the WoW learning curves you will like them here even more. The game doesn't make it very punishing for low level either but when it comes to highroller it is a LOT more difficult.

I'm sure you're used to a grind but, if you're enjoying learning how to KITE the typical mobs then you will enjoy learning bossing / elite mobs.

It's not your skill, it's some in the pvp crowd that complained because the kills they would get had no valuable gear. They didn't like that you could enter HR with only Squire gear for them to loot.

After playing a bit, it looks like the the Expressman is only available as long as there are other players on the map (not waiting in the down portal area). This is pretty bad, as this would force you to run into the red down portal ASAP to be able to secure some items. Even worse, if all the other players die, you won't have a chance to talk with the Expressman. I think this should be change and the Expressman should be available and the server should not close until the time expires, or there should be some signaling mechanism in the waiting area e.g. pulling a leaver or going through one more sets of doors to clearly indicate the player is ready to head down to the next level.

This is a bug with stacking affinity by doing the quests on multiple characters and using another tech I wont say at the same time that lets you unlock enough affinity to get the end game crafts. Prepare for a rollback by about 12 hours

His in-game dialogue says he sometimes fails, but the patch said "safe" way to extract. I think the expressman actually just doesn't bring out all the items all the time by design and the patch notes were misleading.

1 prefers warlock

1 can do wizard/bard/cleric/fighter but prefers wizard

I can do anything but don't enjoy wizard, I'm decent at cleric in terms of hitting heals/buffs but in our team I am the "head" and its hard to lead direction wise as the slowest and lowest resourcefulness class in the game

Any team comp that has a cleric and like, a barb or fighter can run us down because we have no stopping power with basically 3 spellcasters

I don't want to force my team to play roles they don't want, what can I fill to make this manageable?

you can do buffball strength/hp with zweihander/longsword and you are basically a weird barb
or you can do crystal sword platelock with will, dex and boc and phantom (yes no spell warlock is a thing), you turn into a homing missile against anything squishy lmao

Torture mastery heals are getting turned off randomly throughout the frost wyvern fight. literally stops letting you heal and goes back to working randomly through the entire fight. anyone else been noticing this?

Hello everyone. Anyone knows what's up about Quests? I don't know if there's somewhere to look up info about that, like upcoming quests(or ideas) or about advancing Squire gear. Maybe it was discussed somewhere but not communicated clearly in-game

each season the squire gear comes from quests that give affinity from related merchants. quests come out on a weekly basis. we have some we started with we will probably get more friday
