but yea it would, that's what Resourcefulness and Agility increase in the first place

Dex mainly affects attack speed and the time to equip gear, it doesn't make using meds faster

honestly it's easiest this season with the AP breakdown. Run Crypts, Inferno whilst opening all chests, breaking barrels/boxes & killings mobs. If you're really having it rough do warlock or druid. Easiest classes to solo demi /w. Don't forget to look up cheese spots for places in inferno

it's not about being fair, it's a full loot game you just suck at that game and besides that if there are brackets almost every lobby would be dead.

Gear does not make the opponent too strong if your budget set has atleast some of the stats your character needs. If you gear your character correctly on a budget you can easily kill maxed geared players.. Those guys rocking the top 1 percent of gear can easily die to a counter team in properly statted blue gear that cost a fraction of theirs.

The whole point is risk and reward, that is why people play these games... I personally would lose all interest in the game if I had to gear super expensive to be able to fight people in juiced sets.

You have to remember, people are paying 10-20-30k for gear that has 1 or maybe 2 more stats than a piece of gear you can get for 1500 gold.

If you are desperate to get demigod, go to Ice Caverns, run duo or trios with a friend also wanting AP, then from that point all you have to do is have one friend run luck while your other guys run max PVE. Set a timer when the match gets to 1min, click join match at the last second... Then just grind mobs, go to the abyss, grind more mobs, loot all the GReen and higher treasure you can find. Use the wiki to see the AP value gear gives, Kill the windego's, and leave. Wash rinse repeat. 75 percent of the time you will get an empty lobby if you join at the last second, or you will join with other people that are doing the same thing and simply trying to grind AP. Have your guy in luck loot everything and split the loot. You should be getting close to 2k AP every run before tax if you master the routing. Hit all lions chests on the first floor, and second floor. You can easily pull out over 1k with this strategy after tax with exemplar. Your welcome.

I remember back in the day, back before there was any brackets at all and HR wasn't worth it so everyone played normals, I got the drop on a fully purple guy that was my class, I went from like 2 green to a full purple kit in just a few hits and it was probably the biggest hit of dopamine I have ever gotten in this game

@north kindle You cannot see rogue in stealth any longer, however when you initially stealth it leaves behind a shadow for a short time letting someone know you just stealthed.. its very quick but if you stealth in front of someone they can see it.

I would also port the game over to steam, their native installer is not great. It runs way better on steam, while also updating quicker when they patch. Their launcher has had consistent issues since its release when they got removed from steam.

he can wear an oracle robe, and he can also wear a frostlight oracle robe. makes sense
the other wearable option is...a frostlight fine cuirass. fine cuirass is typically an item he's unable to wear. but he can wear the frostlight no problem.
having no frostlight plate option for cleric would fucking suck, when he normally has 3 different plate chestpieces as options.
but they didn't make it a priority of development time to make a frostlight champ armor, frostlight templar armor, and so on.

druid is a great choice as he's easily able to run away from players (that have about a 99% chance of being higher geared than you)
warlock is probably 2nd best with phantomize, then fighter 3rd with sprint--for the same reasons

The projectile being blockable by walls to begin with is the acutal bug, apparently.
It's been in the game for so long we assumed it was intended.
All this patch did was fix the bug--what it is now is how it's supposed to be and is unlikely to be changed again.
(this was confirmed by a recent conversation between Onepeg and IM)

back out when he does combo1, go in for dmg when he does combo2. by rotating to the right and being on his right side when he does this attack, it'll simply go over you.

next he has the big sweep--he'll telegraph this by taking his foot off the ground. simply get close and crouch. (looking down isn't needed). great time for dmg
he also has the 2-handed big slam. he'll telegraph this by...putting both hands on the club. simply get as far away as needed.
lastly, the big killer--the roar. if the roar lands, you're basically dead. to avoid it, get close and get to either his right or left. I like to jump crouch to the right once I've gotten sufficiently close.

They always exist in the same spots, so learn to memorize em for each map
they won't become active until a certain amount of time has passed in the match though
Boats/Elevators come early, as soon as 3-5 minutes into the match
Stairs/Portals come late, with 3-5 minutes remaining in the match

Boats/Elevators come multiple times (and are therefore reusable)
Stairs and Portals can only be used once per. (But Portals spawn in sets of 3)

2. go to pyramid in ice caverns. (it's a room with a lot of chests)
3. check if there's any "Small Coffers". they have a chance of replacing chests and are guarenteed to have skull tokens.
   4a) if there isn't, die or quit out and requeue for ice caves ASAP
   4b) if there is, take the first boat that spawns and get out ASAP
   Each run should make you like 10 skulls and only take a few min each.

Yes, there's a crafting system. The gear you can craft is a select amount of items (which aren't obtainble in any way except crafting)

There is no quest requesting Gold Ore (as far as I know)
Buying or trading any looted status items will convert it into handled status
There is a quest for Gold Ingots though.
Gold Ingots do not have loot status. Because they're a crafted item. Meaning you can buy them for the quest just fine.

Yeah, that quest takes Gold Ingots, not Gold Ore. So like said in the prior message, buying em is fine.

(although personally I just used the 2 Gold Ingots you get as a reward from the Surgeon's "Silent Entry" quest)

-In order to reduce the amount of "empty lobbies", queues with emptier lobbies will merge into each other, provided their player counts do not exceed the limit. Merging also pauses players joining that queue.
-In order to reduce the time it takes for players to get into matches, it now takes 1 minute to get into a match, with each player coming in adding 15 seconds to the queue and each leaving reducing it by that amount, too.

You can get more options for your loadout by finishing quests and gaining Affinity with the other NPCS.
To get more armor, get affinity with the Armourer. Weapons, affinity with Weaponsmith. And so on

Skeletons also have 5% magic resist, so it's really only doing 95. If they have more than 190 hp, 2 of em won't kill em.

The pve serves as prep into the pvp, many of the quests involve killing players. A lot of the issues like the rats in duos/trios HR was caused by pvp. If it were a true dungeon crawler with pve elements it would not have pvp. The monsters are just minigames to figure out how to cheese or dodge to clear for the team that's coming in to pvp kill you.

Nothing wrong with cheesing, just watch what they are doing, I used to cheese stuff and slowly moved over to parrying everything with the longsword, blocking with shields, or just dancing circles around them, remember to take your time, a lot of weapons "stab" feature like the first attack on rapier, longsword, and crystal sword are the easiest to hit creatures with so just remember that, I only use the first attack with rapier I just delay click and circle around stuff and its really easy to follow a pattern

I don't think thats true. At least it's not what dev want, but player tend to think the game is PvP or do more PvP. It's not supposed to be full Dungeon Crawler that's the specificity of this game but imo it's just that right now the PvE lack of content and they're trying/want to make it more attractive and interesting. But it take time and player have showed they're not ready (with the 4 player needed for the wyvern for exemple, that could have lead to amazing other PvE things, like mini raid that need more than a squad. Problem is @cosmic swan, when you make pvp a massive part of your game, people will focus on the pvp and find a way to cheese things to pvp more. Pvp is a Illness that dominates the rest of a game its in if not made an entirely seperate system/mode. So yes, my point stands. It is a pvp game... as backed up by you admitting by the lack of pve. When pvp is half or more the reason to play the game then the game becomes a pvp game and everything else inside to serve the pvp. For example the people I play duo/trio with only care about killing people and how they can get better at it, they know how to range/cheese the monsters and skip to the pvp and ask if we are doing killing player runs.
