Leave the druid alone, I haven't seen a druid in a high roller for 10,000 years. I don't play it, but I feel a little sorry for them now. Lately, there have been so many nerfs that even on the slayer they don't cause me any particular problems.
But the warlock has already become too powerful, especially when everyone started using Corapshin, and then they made it even stronger. It's ridiculous. You put together a set and kill everyone with one hit.
Hotfix 100 felt super smooth latency wise. I haven't felt that in awhile. But Hotfix 101 took away that away 🙁

Since guild hall is confirmed already along with adding onto it with wood to craft furniture and etc., we should be able to craft a training hall for bosses. Lets say you would need certain items for the normal boss variant and multiple for the high roller variant.

This would let newer players or even veterans practice a build they have crafted on a boss or even learn the move set.

- Add a short sword and an arming sword to the weaponsmith's crafting menu.
- Add a short sword artefact. (A pair, to go with the arming sword artefact.)
- Combine "paired weapons" and "slayer". The slayer needs a defensive perk to survive. It has no block and is less manoeuvrable than the rogue.
- Make the "Master of the Sword" perk fully functional and speed up the slayer by 10% when blocking. (Add paired blades with block).
- Craft Jazantons, Brigandines, Leather Caps, the ability to create craft sets to stack set bonuses.
- Allow dagger throwing for the Slayer or fighter in general.
- Add an artefact for the new "Dual Blades" weapon.
Here are the stages of Slayers development. I've been waiting a long time for craftable weapons. There are no crafting options at all. There is also no pair for the artefact, which prevents me from playing in big games against the strongest players. In Slayer combo, most attacks are made with a short sword. You are forcing us to play with what we have. You are depriving us of choice. Also, with the advent of new weapons, the Slayer will be more predictable in his choice of weapons. People will be more inclined to play with class weapons, as they offer more possibilities. its not dex, I said str and dex and I need them on either pants or helmet, for pants i dont care what type but for helmet cloth or leather. But I prefer it would be the pants that are -4 ms or lower if they ever give fighter dex/str gear,
also those agi/str boots suck cause they are favoring the agi first and have very low pdr even though pdr is useless in this game
I wish they would at least give wool hats slightly better stats. Not 5% physical damage resistance, but at least 8%, like all the new ones. Because this is ridiculous. They gave the slayer a new hat, but it's worse than all the others. (Well, they gave it to all classes). I wore it on my head from the very beginning. Then I threw it in the bin and put on a leather cap. This character does nothing but get hit on the head, and the cap is twice as bad. The developers never made any leather or fabric items for the fighter class. Either a fighter's clothing is plate armour, or it's any clothing that anyone can wear.
And if they add armour, it says bard, rogue... There's no fighter there. I'm so tired of this that I don't have the strength.

Make ruins the first floor for every dungeon, keep ice map, maelstrom and goblin caves queues up, but make it so there are red statics that can take you to every map from ruins. A watery cave entrance for goblin caves, a forest module with a layer of snow heading to the ice caves along with stairs leading to the crypts, add a dock with a boat that takes you to the water map. Then if rotating maps/ random maps come back, you still can get to the map you want 2/4 times.

Druids pretty boring being only spells or transforms for skills. Give Druid Shillelagh: +5 magical weapon damage & + 5 physical weapon damage on quarter staff for 8 seconds
(Basically Druids version of smite)

What if you (the devs) create a late-season mode similar to URF in League?
This mode could use settings like Squire2Riches — trios only, random map, etc.
Event mode idea:
Increase the stats of all characters by a set amount (+30 to all stats, +100 HP) and buff all mobs on the map. Almost like multiclassing, right? But not exactly.
The issue with multiclassing was that it affected every mode in the game, and perks had no restrictions, which created some insanely powerful meta builds.
This event mode would let players enjoy that chaotic power fantasy again, but in a controlled, temporary environment that doesn’t affect the whole game.

magic staff doesn't seem to be used as casting tool even tho its already way stronger than spellbook
So how about you just improve its cast animation? The release of the spell from the magic staff has always felt clunky.(try hitscan spells when target is moving)

The Wizard Hat or Staff Mastery should have an effect on Staff Casting Action Speed.
Hear me out, what if bosses dropped a named every time that disappears at the end of the run but there was also rare drops from the bosses that allows you to keep said named item (giving incentive to boss kill in HR but also making it rare to actually keep the named)
A cool idea is class passives, something everyone of that class has. Like make for example counterattack perk baseline for fighters, for example berserking for barbarians, reactive shield for wizard, creep for rogue etc etc. These are just ideas but would be kinda fun and open up for more builds, and each class should maybe have something like this thats innate to the class
as long as its passives that do something other than stuff like +5% ranged damage or +10% casting speed, it would be more fun if it was tied to the class more than a simple stat boost.
thank god warlock already has an amazing passive 
shadow touch or maybe soul collector ish style passive would be fitting for the locks

Add a stacking debuff like druid form change to wizards so they cannot cast 20+ spells at you back to back. so after 5 spells they must wait 4 seconds for something. and completley remove double jump. its literally game breaking.

give warlock polearm mastery and a perk that converts 20% of your physical dmg output to magical damage in cost of unability to cast spells and pdr loss. Make shield bash innate ability for classes can use shields but give fighter action speed, phy bonus and ms bonus for a duration when shield bash used.

Ssf is good for that reason but it blows for people that can't play all day. Gear sucks in this game being that theres so many dead rolls you have to farm for weeks to get a set worth competing in. To make it worse you have to farm for each character you want to play arena in. It's also close to end of wipe so what's the point?

Yeah, honestly i forget most people don't play this game like a second job. This late in the season i thiught it was dumb, but in general i can see that being a big issue too.
I thought surely people would have the same time sink into just resource buying rather than kit buying. But again that just means resources will go up in price and gear will be cheaper.

The point i was trying to make was just buy resources and craft a kit or play the dungeons and loot.
But after @upper karma message I've realized i made my message without thinking. Playing a few hours a day isnt viable for most people, and crafting kit has a lot of room to fail miserably. Epic geat limit is good, but ssf this late in the wipe is pretty dumb, especially since most people are burnt out on HR and the questing.

So i went from a steady 100 fps to 50 and sometimes even less than 30 while bossing stingray for example game doesnt feel that playable anymore.
thought they were referring to bugs more than performance issues but i can only hope

Honestly, changing the arena requirements mid-season and fucking EVERYONE who grinded their arena kits is one of the most inconsiderate things you've done recently. It shows that you don't deserve a community of faithful, non-toxic players.
Your game is quite good mechanically and your aesthetics have only gotten better over time. The combat in this game has been fine tuned and is my main reason for playing the game. HOWEVER, this game is ONLY truly enjoyable with a large player pool to play with because of how collaborative the game is. You have lost trust with your community and the player base is shot to hell. Changing the arena requirements without warning midseason is a perfect example of a reason why most players have moved on to other games and are OVER INVESTING THEIR TIME AND ENERGY IN YOUR GAME.
I don't know your solution aside from actually learning from your mistakes, but I don't foresee your community trusting you all anymore. I know I don't. I am currently just waiting for a better version of this game to come out, which is just a matter of time tbh.

I hope gear diff between crafted epics and normal epics will be reduced, and gear diff between crafted purples and legendary stays somehow the same.
As crafted epics are way too powerful compered to normal epics that you can find in the dungeon. So people will just craft gear. Those that don't have a job and can continue to craft better gear will gear diff average players.
I hope this arena test will give you enough I insight what needs to change.

@keen onyx please reconsider to not change arena gear rules mid wipe because people have already farmed their gear for this season. Making us go farm to craft epic sets to get new bis with only few weeks left until wipe is not very nice and doesnt consider our time already spent farming. Most players are really hyped about the change, it just comes at the completely wrong time.
many people like to play more than one class aswell, and that has pretty much been canceled for season 7 because most ppl wont farm multiple sets for the classes they play
at least not when wipe is probably like a month away or so

I’ve been beating people who have BIS oranges and crafted purples as a regular blue bis fighter.
The biggest gear difference issue I’ve faced has been movement speed issues from frostlight.
Mmr rank is ~1600 at the moment.

hell nah lol. the 11 back to back nerfs to it finally be broken with a minor little buff after fundamentally changing howw the class works. on top of it for about 8 months there was several bugs just left unfix. big one still being animals forms are abirtually capped at 315/320 MS depending on ur perks
last classes SDF was seen playing was a stream couple months back he spent about 20 minutes on druid complained about being bad at druid then played fighter/ranger the rest of the 2 hour stream ;p

Yes. Imagine that you only have half of Fulgor. Or... Tsvanhaider. Left-clicking deals artefact damage, while right-clicking strikes like a normal weapon. And in your combat mechanics, you need to right-click more often... ability to craft an arming sword and a short sword.

The skins look amazing BUT i think it's sad that they overwrite the outward representation of gear quality. a junk tier heater looks the exact same as a legendary heater with the skin applied.
The skins themselves are great, but the reduction of immersive elements and information available at a glance is a small addition to the enshitification of DaD

The arena match making system seems a little off. It seems like there is usually a team of higher rating and a team of lower rating, there isn't a balance of mmr between the matchups even though everyone is solo queued above 2200.

65% PDR 300 MS in squire gear then longsword parry for an easy 120~ dmg on a player with 35% PDR (a little more than average for most classes)

These are my ideas to cure the nasty kiting plague:
1 - They should make it so that previously opened doors fling open easily and that keeping them closed requires active effort from the runner's part. Think pressing f and standing on it. This prevents them from doing a full reset and keep running.
2 - Add a stamina bar and tie it's increase to vigor instead of agility. This way most melee classes will actually catch up eventually because the speedsters keep choosing to dump all stats into agility for movement speed and their "fast" movement will be a strategic choice as opposed to a invincibility trump card.
I think adding a craftable Morning Star is long overdue, and with the water map being released this past season I think a water themed craft would be cool maybe using urchin needles or puffer fish for the spikes on the morning star making it do some sort of extra armor pen or poison dmg 🙂

My idea for doors was that every time they are opened or closed, there is an ever increasing chance for them to break, in either the open or closed position. I think this would stop a lot of the extended door BS.

Mobs in HR should have a chance to spawn Nightmare. 65% of mobs should be standard normal mobs. The other 35% should be NM. All people do anyway is complain on stream how HR mobs are cancer anyway. I get the idea that we don't just want people bypassing modules just to pvp but later in the cycle of a season when most people are swimming in gear pvp is all they want. Could make the a more pleaseant pace and in HR while still keeping NM mobs and HR harder in line with its rewards.
or they just remove the body modifiers for pve to players and players to pve so we aren't taking nearly double the intended dmg of when they were created.

Sorc is currently incapable of fending off a 323 move speed rogue or a 318 move speed rogue because 1 the gap can be closed relatively fast you can double jump almost all sorcs spells except for lightning storm and lightning bolt
Spell casting speed is so important for sorc because it's how you fight back against classes with anywhere near 316 move speed when you can barely get 324 we are not even talking about each class that has gap closers or ways to slow someone yet aka throwing knives axes AOE stuff from cleric Achilles from barb and rage for 7%move speed bonus sprint and adrenaline rush rogue is just innately fast due to the gear they and can silence you so you are guaranteed dead for attempting to cast druid just devours sorc if they are competent every time just have to bait lightning vortex or lightning sphere and it's usually a free kill after panther dash bard is insane to fight against on sorc if you are fighting one with dissonance you might as well leave the game if they are wearing similar gear as you or even slightly lesser you will die honestly a squire bard with dissonance can probably kill a full bis sorc with 50 spell casting speed

Time distortion was strong ONLY when it was paired with apex of sorcery simply because it was 50% magic DMG On Top of what sorc can throw out and jump casting was very effective at just barely keeping space so you can live and not needing to stack insane amounts of knowledge allows for you to stack hp so you don't instantly die to every class the issue with sorc is his perks along with his spell casting speed and cooldowns

I really wanted to make this suggestion because, as a Rogue player, I'm quite frustrated by the change they made to the footstep passive. Before, having completely silent footsteps was an essential part of the class's identity—not something broken, but what truly made it unique and viable.
Now that it's just noise reduction, it feels like the Rogue has lost its essence. In a game where sound is almost everything, that difference is incredibly noticeable and puts the class at a clear disadvantage compared to others.
I sincerely wish they would bring back the passive to how it was before, with total silence. It wasn't a free benefit; it was a key mechanic that required good positioning and timing. These days, the Rogue feels more punished than rewarded for playing well.
I hope they reconsider, because this change has taken a lot of personality and fun out of the class.

Developers should divide each season into phases. Phase 1 should last one month and only feature epic items, then Phase 2 should unlock legendary items, and Phase 3 should unlock all items. This would prevent a situation where unique and name items are already circulating on the map, preying on other players, just two days after the new season begins.
That's why unlocking new crafts(quests) each week was good. It worked like progression system
I think by removing such thing season ended earlier for most people
they need to scrap every map except the ruins/crypts/inferno(they wont because too much time and money invested into new maps) in order to condense what little of a player base they have left. As well as scrapping solo and duo queues. that way there is one map to rule them all and everyone plays on the same familiar map. Does that sound too bland and straightforward? Yes. So to remedy that issue they should design more dynamic rooms and ways that connect those rooms into old ones. a randomized layout isn't ideal because then you're stuck making square ass rooms with entrances/exits in each direction that makes the map feel like a dungeon straight outta the first zelda game.
I'll be honest though i love the crypts, i like the water map, hate the frost caves, and think the gob caves started off as a solid off shoot from crypts as a solos map. Adding duos and trios into gob cave killed it. just as solo and duo queue ruined the other maps. Not by design, but by the way it has divided the player base exponentially. If they took the same energy and ideas from the water map/ice caves/gob caves into the crypts, we would have a badass crypts map with all the bells and whistles.
another thing i was hoping to see was more ways for each class to traverse the map in a specific way unique to each class such as a barb able to knock a hole through a wall, an archer sniping a rope holding up a bridge on the other side, or a wizard/cleric divining the secret through a magically locked door. We already had a way for rogues to double jump into areas only they had access to. they should have kept those but simply added ways and new areas for other classes to explore.

Remember the artifact concept I shared? Basically, I finished their concept using generation. It's not quite perfect, but overall I like it.

Make it a skill similar to intense focus which allows instant shifting for 5ish seconds.
This maintains the movement tech while making druids consider their actions, limiting their escape potential, and limiting the speed of their resets.

Hot take: Remove all game modes. Only allow map choice. Keep part-size matching but make it server-sided. We only decide fill or no fill. If I que solo no fill- all I want to do is pick the map. PVE Mode and PVP Mode separate is lame. PVP will do no social interaction so it's a boring fighting simulator. Also- Bring back prematch Taverns.
Let the players decide the rules for engagement on a situation to situation basis. Will we collaborate for a boss fight then betray each other for loot? Who knows. - It's the optimal way to encourage gameplay emergence.

give sorc more perks and skills. a skill for each element that buffs the sorc in some appropriate way. ex for ice would be your every melee attack slows, you gain some armor and gain ice resistance + damage, maybe even leave a trail of ice behind as well. ex for fire would be your every melee attack applies a burn, you gain some fire resistance + damage and deal fire damage every second to nearby units. if a skill for each element is added, you can then maybe turn merge spell into merge magic and make it apply to the skills as well to get interesting combination of skills, of course if that route is taken the class would then need perks to supplement a non spell casting version of the sorcerer. adding a perk for each element would be a good way to cover that while also giving spell casting more options to play with, as well as a perk to buff the crystal sword in some way, like convert all or more of its damage to magical or granting some sort of additonal affect on the next hit after casting a spell/skill, fire for example could release a short wave a fire forward on the next melee attack.
also, time distortion should be changed to have no draw backs, but switch it to a skill that is active for x amount of time
There is other team based games that do it very very well they balance every class for 1v1 scenarios while keeping one specific counter as a counter but not so oppressive that the class cannot play the game it makes it so comps make sense to do but does not 100% force a meta
And then dark and darker issue is when a class begins to get good enough to fight everyone they nerf that class instead of getting every other class on the same page
I'll say dungeonborne overwatch and like marvel rivals are good examples of that being done right Like in overwatch I can play Hanzo and someone can play sigma or dva I can play against it but Im not just incapable of helping at all And like if some of my team dies I am not forced to go ok gg even when I have full hp This then causes a very fundamental issue where it disheartens players because they know the fights lost before they are even dead same thing in marvel rivals If I'm playing black arrow and they have a magneto that's just on me aggressively I can still kill him and or pick off his team while he's attempting to shield because I do enough DMG and at a consistent rate with my projectiles

Rework Druid. The class itself ruins the mechanic balancing of the game. Repoze's video on why it is so broken is SPOT ON.
Rat Form is busted. Panther to Chicken Move Speed is BUSTED. Dreamwalk prevents even LANDMINING a druid.
If a druid plays correctly, they will NEVER die and are built to be the ultimate griefer.
I still play the game and work around druids but at the end of the day, they have driven a ton of the player base to stop playing. Decimating your player base makes the game unfun for even the die hards like me.
I went 5 HR runs in a row and saw no other teams in trios this morning. Also, it is just hard to find a group of team-mates that i resonate with and enjoy playing with because the choices in the current player pool is so limited.

ripostes/parrying should be added to a lot more weapons, but reposting should only happen if you hit the perfect parry within thje first 0.3 seconds of the animation. If you sit there and hold right click until you get a lucky parry you should not be able to riposte

The ability to riposte shouldn't belong to the weapon, but the user. I don't imagine a wizard being skilled enough at hand to hand combat to be able to riposte anything, for example. Which is probably why only a few classes can use the long sword.

I agree BUT the issue is that the server desync between the blocker and attacker makes holding parry / block SIGNIFICANTLY more effective than trying to time it.
Blinn did a series of videos exploring shield fighter and the main takeaway is that you need to be blocking well before the attack comes in to ensure you overcome the desync.
If ironmace can fix that, im all for a tighter parry window. Or maybe the better you time it, the more block stun the attacker has. That would fuck.

As of right now, we have 3 distinct playstyles.
Lifebloom heals, Insta-shift, and a Hybrid of both.
Let's make every single E ability of a shapeshift a spell castable in Human Form.. it will now be the only way to activate them. Using the spell activates the shapeshift for X amount of seconds. (Does not require spell memory, but rather certain stat thresholds must be met. X strength for bear, X agility for panther, X dex for Chicken, etc.)
Lifebloom no longer disables all shapeshifting, but instead allows the use of an exclusive-to-the-perk Treant form, and gain x physical damage reduction and heal teammates an additional 2 health per tick of heal for up to 30 seconds, with a minute cooldown.
New and improved perks;
Lifebloom: Allows the use of Treant Form. All other shapeshift requirements increased by 25%. Healing spells memory requirements reduced by 15%, and healing spells tick for 1 more health per.
Natural Healing: Heals yourself and party members by 1 health every 3 seconds. Increased to 2 health if healed person is sitting.
Master Shapeshift (replaces shapeshift mastery)r: Reduces shapeshifting requirements by 25%. Allows you to shapeshift permanently until canceled. Spells have 25% increased memory requirements.
Sun & Moon: Converts your healing spells into damage over time. You can no longer heal. +3 will to nearby party members.
Thorn Coat: Roots the attacker in place for 1 second, and reflects 2 true physical damage. 25 second cooldown on the root.
Dreamwalk: Become spiritual for 3 seconds upon taking damage. You become stuck in a dreamstate, unable to make actions or move, and activating a minor spell recovery. 20 second cooldown.
Enhanced Wilderness: Gain +3 of a respective stat in each form.
Force of Nature: When the druid shapeshifts, they gain 10% physical damage reduction for 2 seconds.
Spirit Bond: Unchanged. Now has a downside though. It procs Dreamwalk.
Master Spiritualist (replaces Spirit Mastery): Increases magic power by 5, and reduces spell memory requirements of damage spells by 15% (works with Sun and Moon heals-to-damage conversion)

First of all 1/2 of what your suggesting just doesn't work espically with how the class is layed out. if your gonna suggest reworks actually focus on first why the class has had nerfs/changes. You want them to pretty much gut the class and make it a healer. because your suggested changes entirely shaft shapeshifting. "only being able to cast E abilites in human" meaning they have to make them spells etc. And don't act like you didn't just want to copy treant form from wow lol.

My suggestion is once a character has hit 20 at least once, they start each wipe with all 4 perks and access to high roller. Sure, you could argue that this gives an "unfair advantage" to new players, but let's be real new players are trickling in at all times, not competitively playing on wipe day. Weapon type: Twin blades.
Type: One-handed, swords.
Basic characteristics: Magic resistance, blocking ability.
Artifact characteristics: 1) Increases running speed when hitting an enemy, stцacks.

Instead of removing Exploitation Strike from weapons altogether, please allow Warlocks to use it on weapons but with -50% incoming healing applied to each strike.
While you are at it, please slightly increase the Demon Claw hitbox as well

Can we get an option to report people for team killing and/or grief teammates? Especially in squire to riches, and if i fight back and kill them, i get a penalty.

the fact that you can accidentally vendor huntress and krampus coins is so cringe can you please make them unvendorable cause there is never a reason to sell them
What do you think about the idea of being able to upgrade your current gear using very basic materials and coins? Sure, it might be weaker than Ruby and Silver gear, but it's PvE friendly and stronger than Rare Revet.
It just mayby makes the game more complicated. But I wish it was easier to get gear.
Adventure mode is their way of punishing players for not partaking in pvp. One of the many reasons for our current player count.
I don't think so, but I do acknowledge that the game is structured around pvp. If i think about it, if it's just farming, there's no need for the game to be online.
In the end, I guess I liked hack and slash, not pvp. I understand why the rewards for pvE are low, but I also want to play the game without stress.
it makes sense, pve mode is inherently far less risky
i don't like that the first instinct and most rewarded behaviors are opportunism and on-sight murder, and wish that could be toned down, but it is what it is for now i guess
I play on the Test, I can run Normals or HR all day, play how I want, never get a 'used' dungeon or have to wait to enter. And...no one camping the reds.
I wonder which one is more fun.
Character alignment or religion being tied to rewards for different kinds of behavior would be fascinating to see
