I play bard, warlock, fighter, and Druid the most. Sorcerer is my least played class. I’m trash on sorcerer
warlock brought us into run and runner meta. the phantomize skill still is stupid and annoying to play with or against, druid was cancer for so long with infinite reset and just praying u land a hit on bear when u managed to fight the same guy for the 10th time and he slightly misplayed (or just had a mob or another player nearby)
sorc always had this gimmicky one shot canon and its teleport that made him able to run away for ever from many classes. plasma blast straight up busted in arena.
Warlock, druid and sorc were the latest class released and i think they are the worse thing to happen to this game because it BROKE the idea of hold the line and chads like chiv were elbow to elbow into a mage arena// wow shit when u kite and kite and ktie and play like a pure puss running behind doors

@sdf Please don't forget that your game balance department shouldn't forget about the slayer in the trash. Honestly, I don't want to suffer through another season. When others got damage boosts, the slayer got a running speed boost. It's very difficult to stand up to a rogue. Barbarian, fighter, bard, wizard, sorcerer, warlock... shall I continue the list? Previously, the slayer fought well against rogues. Now it's a minus too. 🙂 The biggest downside to being a slayer is that you don't live long. And when a juicy slap comes flying at you, you catch it with your face. Because you can't block. And players aren't mobs. Dodging attacks, like ducking or jumping, doesn't work here. bend down or jump up. A barbarian is charging at you with a club. He's swinging it wildly from side to side, and there's nothing you can do about it. And the belief that a slayer does more damage than a barbarian... I can't count on that. After all, after shooting my opponent in the head with a crossbow, I jumped on him with everything I had, and I didn't even tickle him. I'm just playing with luck, that's all. I try to get out of it as best I can. But that doesn't often help. Relying on luck and a weak opponent is not gameplay, you have to agree.

slayer fighter is a very technical build if you dont know how to build it you wont succeed.... first part is having a +1 weapon damage skin LK and second one is using victory strike... the list goes on but i love how slayer fighter is right now
What are you talking about? I've been playing with it since I started playing. I've been with it for almost two years. I don't like builds with a fucking ball and rapier. I don't like falchion either.
I'm not going to copy the rogue and run around with daggers either.
If you want to say that it's time to forget about the slayer in the rubbish bin because your build is so awesome, then I applaud you. They'll knock your teeth out, and your entire super-mega purchased set will end up in the rubbish bin along with the slayer.
You'll play it for five minutes and then delete it. But I'm going to play it forever. As long as I play this game. And believe me, what you've imagined in your head isn't so rosy in reality. Yes, the changes are positive, but if you think that's all there is to it, then it will end up in the trash with the new patch. There are barbarians with two two-handed weapons... They will shoot laser beams from their eyes. And you rejoice in 10 mupspeed and weapon mastery, so that you can create some new freak that you don't want to play.

But if the dual weapons are one piece, in the sense that they take up two slots at once, then you can't get away with taking a hook instead of a hand. You'll have to play with two blades.
There is only one problem. If you make it one item, then you won't be able to choose whether to strike from the left or the right. But that's a rather pointless choice. Still, it's a problem. and I have no idea how to solve it or what to suggest.

please bring back gbmm im tired of being forced to either play squires to riches or hide. i just got 2 tapped full health by a fighter with all blue bis when i still had some decent gear. the whole socket addition theyve implemented was a terrible idea too. in my opinion it makes the game a little too easy to get bis. ive been playing this game since day 1 stopped playing for a while and came back to this. theyve done good with releasing content but some things need to go
lock the doors to the boss room when you start it so you dont get griefed everygame to people who wont even attempt to kill it
Maybe make all the dungeons accessible from the ruins? Theres already a few goblin caves adjascent modules in the ruins. And the bridges could lead you to either the ice mountain or the blue maelstrom. Or you could travel into the crypts using the stairs.
Socketing doesn't give bis stats
idk sounds like skill issue, shocketing is goated, and if its too easy to get biss why dont you get it yourself do you dont get 2 tapped?
If you just make a normal mode from 0-24, it'll just be guys running around looking for PvP for 2-3 seconds until they die. After all, the game is also a bit about equipment. And as far as I'm concerned, Normal Blue is the best option. When you realize that your opponent may be stronger, players hold back so as not to rush headlong into battle. They use a little ingenuity and make the fights more interesting than running around like headless chickens.
I used to insist on 0-24 myself. But I realized that I was wrong and that there must be balance in everything. Wearing any blue gear for this game is no longer a problem. And you don't need a bis to win. If the game balance is normal, you can make up for the bis with your hands. An excellent mode has been introduced for those who simply want to run headlong. I enjoy it quite often. When I feel like I want to satisfy a simple and crazy PvP desire.
Normal Rares are great. Epic are too much and Squire capable to kill Rare ppl. (maybe wiz struggles.)
but to be honest, everyone can afford basic blue gear under 500g.

I feel like we should get content that is exclusively found in PVP or PVE modes such as some new PVE oriented Artifacts/Minor Artifacts that the item itself or the materials to make it are exclusively from PVE mode (So for example a monster exclusive to PVE that drops a material or even a plant). You could STILL bring that item into PVP mode and buy it from other players on the Marketplace. In addition the same thing for PVP where there would be Artifacts/Minor Artifacts that are exclusively from PVP mode (Once again a monster or boss or some feature exclusive to PVP that provides the resource or item).

Random HR maps is killing the game mode. Every time I get put on GC or Ice map everyone just takes the static blue out immediately. We've had map rotation before so why make HR random now?

Dungeon R3tir3 system (due to censor I had to use 3s) should not be season long, At longest it should rotate weekly, but I feel like every 3 days would be ideal. It should be always 4 maps live so what we have right now essentially, when we get more maps that's when we'd start seeing it rotate.

- PvE / Adventure modes (if coming HR etc) should have its own Marketplace.
I feel like they should just make it so items dropped in PVE are just more inclined to roll lower on modifiers and more likely to roll worse modifiers, they can still be as good as can be found in PVP but it's much less likely to happen. So legendaries you get on PVE are usually "socket to fix" legendaries instead of actually good ones.
As for Artifacts I think we could have something more interesting for this. If Artifacts are dropping in PVE HR then disallow the existing Artifacts from dropping BUT introduce PVE oriented artifacts that only drop in PVE HR. This makes it so we can get PVE oriented items without flooding the Artifact pool. So if you want PVP/All Rounder Artifacts you play PVP High Roller, if you want PVE Artifacts you play PVE High Roller.
If Artifacts aren't dropping and instead bosses are for farming Legendaries in PVE HR then the 1st thing is enough. However I still like the idea of potentially even Legendary Minor Artifacts that drop from bosses in PVE exclusively that are only useful for PVE (For example a Rapier with +75% Insect Damage Bonus).
At Adventure mode shoudnt be any drops except quest items or Gear marked as Adventure item.
I recognize that that would fix it, but I think adventure mode being a form of onboarding and recovery for worse players is objectively good for the game. It's the impact on the economy that needs to be fixed.
That said, ore and things like that need to be handled differently.
Ye me too, but at the same time you can see veterans rushing bosses (Spectral can be killed under 30seconds with gear). and farming fast treasures etc.
+Dungeon modules are empty after 5min of lobby.
Of course, this is why I think damaging the power of gear dropped in PVE is enough to solve the issue. If every Sword you get is inclined to have Interaction Speed on it or if it gets an Agility modifier it has a 95% chance of being 1, 4.5% chance of being 2 and 0.5% chance of being 3 (instead of it being equal chance) it wont be an issue.
maybe when PVE HR is implemented they could consider putting a gear cap on PVE normals?

What do you think of the last thing I said since I feel like this solves the issue. It'd also push you abit to do PVP since the loot you get from PVE wont sell fast on the Marketplace due to being all low roll or bad roll.
I don't think changing the roll values for a specific mode is the most clean solution. It would require a duplication of the item roll system. The power is already capped by limiting the highest possible drop

Why not? I think that making it so loot in general is worse but you aren't restricted on rarity besides not getting Artifacts would solve the "it's Legendaries coming into the game" issue.
I'm not even sure PVE mode is actually that much of a problem for the economy tbh. Or I haven't seen any clear proof of it. I think the 1500g per 2 minutes the other guy said for example is exaggerating it a decent bit
It's not right now however PVE HR would for sure impact it. The loot cap on PVE Normals is what's keeping it fine.
right yeah, I think we should talk about PVE HR specifically then. There is already one thing that's different which is no goblin, that means you cant go in with ultra bis without risking it.
Like you could argue PVE is injecting resources like Wolf Pelts, Ore and other stuff like that into the game at a rate that needs to be looked into though

I think it should be less ore per node as it is but ALSO a 75% chance to just not spawn at all. Wolf Pelts and stuff is also lower drop rate I do know that. It's just the rate of kill is higher.
well my assumption is that HR PVE will cap out at either legendary or unique. And probably have lower droprates on those than true HR
The issue is any legendaries or uniques coming into the game via PVE will damage their prices.
so you would essentially get pve of difficulty above normals, a zone, but no risk of players.
It becomes "if you aren't bossing, there is no reason to get loot on any other mode than PVE". You can say drop rates but I'd argue safety and getting out every time is a big factor here for sheer amount of items being sold and gold being produced.
Liquidity of items is what makes this an issue.

I agree, I think the solution is to make it so the loot we get from PVE is on average worse, not just rarity as that doesn't do anything but literally the modifiers are worse on average. It would give a direct reason to play PVP.
A simple alternative to making modifiers more likely to trend lower is to lower the minimum and lower the maximum modifiers can roll in PVE.

No I don't think that would be the case, an example would be you could reliably get Legendaries from bosses and sometimes uniques but when you'd get Magic Pen instead of 1.5-3% it's 0.5-2% that it can roll.
So "Perfect" gear becomes impossible from PVE and you cant truly high roll capping out at mid roll on modifiers.
For modifiers that have 1 as the minimum AND maximum it WOULD have to have the rate at which those are given lowered though to be consistent in gear being weaker on average.
I get how it would work, I just think it creates essentially a new item system with new max and min rolls and that feels overly complex/ not neat. Can't really exactly describe what I mean but I'd want something simpler

like people might not even be aware their rolls are different with a system like this. Whereas being able to simple tell them "Drops up to Legendary" on the mode is simple and clean.
Then maybe add a Curse system that adds a modifier onto gear extracted that it cant be brought into Normals/High Roller unless you Purify it which can be done by the Fortune Teller for double the price that it would sell for to an NPC?
So for example a Legendary Spear sells for 100 gold, to purify it you'd need to spend 200 gold.
Actually, we can easily solve this now that I think about it. Just make it say in the text where it tells you about PVE mode just like how High Roller mentions it's Ante or other things that loot dropped in PVE will roll lower.
So, I would argue that PVE right now isn't a huge problem because risk and reward aren't too out of whack. So my assumption is that by tweaking droprates and the risk inside the dungeon you can probably make HR PVE work without destroying the economy as well.
The problem then becomes bosses tbh
So lower droprates, loot capped at legendary, a 100g ante, no goblin recovery, dark swarm to kill people more often. Maybe at that point its more rewarding to go normal PVP
You can either make it rarer and have bosses dropping purples often which goes against them wanting PVE to feel rewarding for PVE players OR something has to happen to the Legendaries/Uniques themselves

like some legendaries can be worth a lot, but thats only a small % of them, you can find them in a random box in normal pvp as well. If someone does HR lich in PVE and gets 1 legendary its not an issue I think, thats one person out of like 16 spending 15 minutes to get there
I doubt they'll restrict loot to Epic when Normals PVE already does that. In all likelihood it's Legendaries in chests and Unique from bosses sometimes.

No, but Marvelous Chests and Bosses being able to being the only change isn't enough to justify the Circle, Elites, Nightmares, etc.

I think for really rewarding PVE they should have limited access maps. Like something where you require a rare treasure map drop from a boss and you can access it once. So there are stakes and it cant be farmed
could work well for a raid like encounter with larger group size so the server capacity isnt wasted
I still think that the main driver of PVE should be PVE exclusive drops. So PVE can provide resources to PVP via the marketplace that PVP wouldn't get.

As a PVPer you do not care about this MOST of the time. Maybe for bossing you do, but if you care about that then you have liquidity and can buy it on the marketplace. PVE oriented items coming from PVE makes sense as the people who want it would then want it for PVE activities.
Guess you could try that with some kind of minor artifacts from PVE bosses. Particularly if you don't want to drop unique in PVE HR

Sorc needs a perk. Double spell wheel shouldn’t have to be the only option we have… what about a pre primed instacast spell slot that can only hold one spell or merged spell and can be used with a magic cast tool. Or a perk that unlocks chests with a magic lock pick that has two tracks to go through instead of one. And a 15 second cooldown if you mess up.

What slow looting? I've hardly seen any legendary gear in high roll this season. What are you talking about? Do you want the loot to be worse? You must be sick.

Ahhh. Well, yes. That makes sense. But rogue have the stats of resourcefulness and agility. It is not difficult for them to examine the body of the slain. Even if there is a delay. If you're going to create an HR in PvE it cannot drop uniques or artifacts. Not even at a .05% rate.
Faustians back in HR sounds terrible for the game. An entire focus being put on faustians seems like a waste of dev time/bandwidth and $.
Limiting dungeons for entire seasons gatekeeps and you will likely lose players for entire seasons.. a full season without crypts would be one I wouldn't play.. and I don't mind the other maps. Consider things like troll belts if you limit GC, fabric or artifacts if you limit frost or inferno..
Gear brackets.. do y'all not learn? Queue times and dead lobbies. You tried this already and if your solution is to restrict what people CAN play at any given time, you'll just encourage a good chunk of people to opt out.
You've gained back a surprising number of players, myself included. We are all incredibly skeptical and uneasy with you at the helm and this is not the way to generate additional good will and faith. You're setting yourselves up to tank the game again.
New maps, new classes, talent tree (NOT MULTICLASS), new mobs, new gear/items. Its that easy.. so do it.

Plz buff rogue tumble! It would be cool to see tumble get like a charge system where you can stack up to 3 backflips in a row before going on cooldown. Implementation of this could be done by adding a cooldown based on the amount of backflips done where the base is one backflip up to triple the cooldown. This stacking of backflips would be done before the cooldown starts so you have to commit to doing however many backflips you want. This rework to the tumble skill would make it a viable way to gain distance from enemies while being balanced since the cooldown will be increased so you cannot spam it. If for some reason this seems too strong you could also add a slow like you did for double jump that applies after the second backflip.

No, goofy. "Slow looting" is the term coined for a system Ironmace used to have in place, where if YOU or your TEAMATES were not the one to kill a player, then the interaction time to loot them took 3x as long. This was important, as it made it MUCH more difficult for rats to come in immediately after a fight and start slurping loot they didn't fight for.
For some reason, SDF reverted this change, and claimed it was only a "bandaid for the ratting issue" but then proceed to never implement and actual deterrent for people ratting and participating in this annoying and toxic playstyle.
Random suggestion but it would be cool if we could decide map preference in HR, like char select in Deadlock where you assign priority

Three patch iterations of Bladehand and here's my take on the boss.
Release: He was fine, except he wouldn't destroy props, which made him cheeseable.
2nd iteration: Rediculous tracking and unfun aggroswap mechanic's that make it unnecessarily difficult implemented, now increase the difficulty of the boss by a significant amount in any scenario larger than solo - and also when the "long range condition" is met for Gun aggro, if players are within the outer animation detection of the boss, regardless of if a player is within melee detection, the boss will fire at a random opponent including the melee opponent. L Change.
Please Reduce Priority of shooting if there's an active melee opponent.
3rd iteration. The boss can kill you outside the arena. L Change.
The boss can shoot you outside the arena. L Change.
The boss's tracking is still unnecessarily difficult, L Lack of foresight.
The gun still points up in the air if you jump when he's shooting you making it astronimcally harder to parry. L Lack of change.
The boxes can be broken. W Change.
Please revert these decisions, return to the first release, but keep the props being destroyed, and make this boss fun again.

HR PVE when?
Never happen, some people get too emotional about where other people get their loot. From a PvE HR with a loot table equal to the PvP version is getting loot with little to zero risk...as opposed to the Market which is....absolute zero risk. Makes no sense to me, but I'm not emo about it.

That's true, and fair is fair, you TOO, can farm gold with little risk in PvE mode. So...why do you care where loot comes from again?

My point is mostly in farming in PvE became crazy easy and with 0 gear risk, you can make more golds overtime(farming sellable trinkets) than in regular game mode.

I hear you. But I've watched enough people rush bosses in Normals AND HR too, they all do it...so that's just not changing anytime soon, that's how some people enjoy playing the game. But it is fair, because everyone can do it. Everyone is on the same playing field, and now they've gone and made Normals a blue gear max dungeon.

This isn't a loot issue. It's a game issue. The game isn't popular enough to support all the things @keen onyx wants to do, so he forces everyone into the same pigeon hole while he scrambles for a solution. It's not the fault of PvP OR PvE...game popularity is on the devs and producers.

The market place does not care if your gear is from PvE or PvP. It doesn't know. Just like you don't know. You have no idea if that gear you bought dropped from some kid farming PvE or some big time streamer farming HR. It doesn't matter.
And in the end...I guess I don't care where your gear comes from, because I'll take it anyway, and then it'll be mine. GrayZoneWarfare has 2 sides...PvE and a PvP side with gear intermingling. It doesn't hurt THAT game. I will snipe you, take your shit and it'll be mine. I don't care if you looted it on the PvE side, or killed someone for it....because it'll be mine. 🙂
Just my opinion though. Imagine the quality of gear you could get if people could farm HR in PvE??? All the little timmy's hitting the cobblestone with all their new purple gear....all for the taking. 🙂

SSF is a lot of fun. My personal fav way...get a buddy, and your load out is 2 torches, and whatever heals you think you will need. No gear, no jewelry, just 2 torches. Then hit HR. That shits fun to me. 🙂

How would you want SSF to function? Should it be corruptable via "cheating" where streamers will end up donated in SSF via PVP or do you want only non-PVP loot to beable to be picked up?
That takes risk, you never know if you are paired with that guy who que at same time (or atleast Im not sure 100%, never tried this).
But since its Looted in some mode, items could be marked like "SSF loot"
- this is def possible, we can see that on Dungeon only or Non-Tradeable(market) which already is done on some items.

I think cheatable is ideal, yeah some people will cheat via people donating kills to streamers or people who pay for services be it ingame via Trade or IRL but I think as a gamemode if you're disciplined and not a cheater it'd be the most fun.
Ssf gets boring after a while currently, need rework to crafting and specific mob/chest drops so building gear would be possible on some classes
Finding a blue plate piece or knowledge gear might be most difficult thing in ssf

Trying to get my message through but it's trying to stop me from saying stuff about "services" (since I want to mention how that should be bannable).
SSF characters I think would need the following rules:
- No access to Marketplace or Trading Post.
- No access to Shared Stash.
- Real World Exchanges (You know what I mean) rules should be expanded to include donated kills in SSF if IRL moola traded hands for it via an on fishing line service (you know what I mean).
- Trading ingame via the Trading Post on another character to be donated to on your SSF character will get your SSF character deleted.
Arbitrarily banning players for non-trade based donating will just get people that don't like a streamer or a person to intentionally donate on purpose to get them banned so it's not a solution. Just banning ingame items or real world items changing hands as a service for donated kills.
I said SSF character deleted and not a ban due to false positives. It's better to keep the account and just lose your SSF guy than lose your entire account because of a false positive.
First 2 points can be easily solwed by adding that "SSF Looted item" , same for entry into SSF.
Once its placed to marketplace and sold, it would remove "SSF looted item" to Handled and boom, you cant enter to SSF mode.
And you KNOW Ironmace would be like "Oops false positive? Well your account is gone" and be unable to get it back to you. Atleast for like, the first few months of the ban system existing.
Something I hope they add is Hardcore and be allowed to toggle both SSF and Hardcore together. I think how Hardcore could work to make it not a hassle would be when a Hardcore character dies their Stash and Levels are cleared (not Shared Stash though).

That just sounds too...complicated. Much easier to just have a PvE side and a PvP side, same loot tables. Gear is gear, you find it in chests, barrels, crates, minions and players. It's low key annoying when some people perceive that their blue bis gear to be somehow superior because they found it in PvP mode over some cat who got his blue bis in PvE mode. Dark and Darker is literally, just a game. Technically there is zero risk to either play style. Like I said, farm all the bis you want in PvE and bring it into PvP, that's just more gear for me to take when the timmy's, brazen by their new influx of purple stuff, go waffle stomping their way through a pvp dungeon. And even if there was a PvE mode, if you die, people should be able to loot your corpse, screw that goblin dungeon recovery, your gear is just gone now. I don't know, just my view on it, gear is gear. When I see a streamer who's preferred method of play is to ONLY hunt down players, turn down looting a corpse because that player they just killed got their gear from a PvE run or the market place, then it's a discussion. I guess I said all that bullshit just to say...gear is gear, I've yet to see anyone care where it comes from when looting it in a dungeon or buying it from the market. I don't know. Just my opinion.
Dear developers, please combine the Slayer and Dual Wield perks into one perk. This will allow Slayers to take a defensive perk and at least survive a little longer. You can see that after the hype, no one plays Slayers anymore. Because now people either play as rogues with daggers or simply as archers. You can see that even after the magic sphere nerf, fighters continue to dress in plate armor and take rapiers with spheres. Because dual weapons have no restrictions. And they will be better than Slayer! Because they have at least some survivability! This will be the next step in bringing the slayer subclass's capabilities in line with other classes.
Because playing as a slayer means fast and consistent attacks, that's all he has. But to deliver them, you need at least some protection. I had to make a difficult decision and give up the dual weapons perk in favor of the armor master perk. This significantly changed my gameplay, and I started surviving more often. But the dexterity stat is always needed for fighting with two swords. And without the adrenaline rush, the attack speed is like that of a barbarian's axe =). After all, the slayer has no blocking abilities whatsoever. And to take out a crossbow to block an attack... Seriously? As a result, the slayer must be able to absorb damage well if he has no block.
That's why we still see men in plate armor with rapiers and spheres instead of slayers. Because you ignored the solution to this problem by merging perks.
Think about it: a fighter has 60% protection from armor. Why would you want to reduce your protection to 29% for the sake of 5 damage? This perk is a completely different combat mechanic with its own drawbacks, which need to be compensated for.
A fighter with a long sword doesn't need great skill. But he'll get it anyway. All he needs to do is block the attack and parry. Victory is in the bag.
The same goes for the shield. He blocked, struck a couple of times, then hid again. He gets this bonus thanks to his perks. It's the same bonus that a slayer gets from a separate perk.
As a result, a fighter in plate armor receives the same skill bonuses thanks to perks, but sacrifices nothing. Logic? He gets the same thing, but in a different form. And according to his mechanics, he is quite happy to receive skill at the right time.
and then it will be more playable and well-thought-out than it is now. Just take the dual weapons perk and the slayer perk, and combine them into one perk.
By the way, today I was killed in the arena by an archer who was parodying Slayer. Cool =). He has a lot of strength and skill, and he can shoot all your HP. If you manage to run up to him, he turns on his parody and kills you =). I gathered 45% armor for the arena and also took the Taunt ability. But I still sometimes lose to archers in close combat =). armor master without a paired weapon. and heavy fabric armor.
In this game, it is advantageous to deal damage from a distance. That way, you don't take any risks. Therefore, you need to be quite resilient to run up to a distant enemy and be able to do something to them.
Just take the dual weapons perk and the slayer perk, and combine them into one perk. and then it will be more playable and well-thought-out than it is now.
That wasnt about that, this was just a mode that people have wanted for awhile. For what what I want is just nerfed modifiers on loot from PVE.
FPS in trios is so awful its embarassing. I guess this is what you get from a dev company who doesnt know what optimization is since they just buy literally every single asset in their game off of the unreal engine market place. Pathetic!
Why would you want to do that? Why would you want to go backwards and make things worse? The p0litica1 climate where I live is doing that very thing, and it's no bueno, man. Fuck adventure mode...there is no reason for it. Put in a 10 minute tutorial if you need to. Then just have Normal and HR....pick your dungeon and pick PvE or PvP. Let the loot mingle, it literally does not matter. Like I said, I have NEVER seen anyone playing this game and refuse to loot a nice piece of bis just because it came from the PvE side or the marketplace.
So many people on this channel call for nerfs or out right disbanding an entire class. Those 'solutions' require zero brain power. Effective players on the other hand...find ways to overcome obstacles, they don't scream "NERF!" at the first or 5th landmine rogue, they find ways to kill them. Or, instead of bringing a class or skill DOWN, maybe other areas need a BUFF. But the mentality is to nerf, nerf, nerf, nerf....
As for the nerfing loot, it's because you don't want to invalidate the reason to play on the PVP maps; if it is better loot to play the PVE uncontested mode then it will errode the other mode. This is how PVP dies in a game, it's been shown in many games.
This game was dying because of PvP. They added this bullshit Adventure Mode to bring people back to the game. It worked a little bit, but it was lipstick on a pig when the loot ratio is garbage. They should have just done a PvE mode from the start and we'd have 60k people playing this game, instead of...10k? People like options, give them options. I really don't understand all these feelings about where gear comes from. lol
Game wasn't dying due to PVP it was dying due to gear gap and a lack of skill expression avenues for closing the gap.
Right...PvP. There were no options for PvE, so they made one to bring those people back and it was a disaster. As far as gear gaps...lack of skill...none of that is relevant to where gear comes from. Those are seperate issues.
Hypothetical situation......
I'm doing a HR Goblin Caves in PvE mode...I loot a pretty purple war hammer. I take that war hammer to HR PvP side and die to a gargoyle. Coolstreamer_01 sees my corpse and procedes to loot it, grabbing my pretty purple war hammer. Coolstreamer_01 takes that hammer and puts it on the market place, where timmy01 buys it and takes it into a HR PvP match...where you waffle stomp him into oblivion. Do you loot the pretty purple hammer, or not? Was it obtained with adequate risk according to you or no? From what I understand, it's perfectly fine simply because you found it in a PvP dungeon. lol
I agree it has nothing to do with where gear comes from, you brought it up but instead of saying "That's not relevant" I decided to be kind and answer.
The issue is yes it's fine to get it via PvP dungeon, the issue is that the rate at which funny purple war hammer enters the game will crash it's price on the marketplace because it'll enter the game at a higher rate than from PVP dungeon due to death being LESS often on PVE than on PVP.
I guess I don't care about a games market prices. If that's a legit concern, maybe ALL the gear should be harder to find. Maybe only have 4 purples scattered throughout a dungeon, that'll drive the price up for sure. Maybe talk to @keen onyx and ask him why I can pop a chest and find TWO identical halberds inside, because it's that kind of poorly executed developing that leads to shitty market situations, not a PvE mode. 1 person doing PvE normals, is exiting with the same amout of gear as if he was doing PvP normals. It's not MORE gear, it's the same amount of gear, so I'm not sure how that effects the market place.
I don't think that lowering loot quantity or rarity is the right play personally, I do think lowering the maximum quality of modifiers via PVE while adding PVE exclusive items (can still be used in PVP but are most useful for PVE content such as an +25% Undead Damage Halberd or a Potion that increases damage vs Undead by +35% gotten via a PVE exclusive plant) to make that it's strong point.
I can't imagine why a player who enjoys PvP would be worried about an item with an Undead Damage modifier. I might be missing your point, if you don't mind elaborating for me, please?
Also, remember that if the game was PvE AND PvP, everyone has the same opportunities. Not one person has an advantage over another. Little timmy can farm his ass off for gear in PvE and bring that shit to PvP just like everyone else can. So, no more gear discrepancies, no more people whining that their gear isn't as good, as the killer who just waffle stomped them in PvP. That sounds like many problems solved to me.
It's less so the player bringing it into PVP and more so the player selling it to the Marketplace making those items more ubiquitous. I would be fine with PVE gear being trade locked until being lost in PVP though, that's another solution despite being extremely heavy handed; I just don't like it since I do think PVE players SHOULD beable to trade their loot with other players.
I'm saying they specifically WOULDN'T be worried about an Undead Damage Modifier, I'm saying that is specifically something they could double down on in PVE to make it so you can get some especially strong things for PVE focused content where things that would affect PVP such as 3 Strength on an Amulet wouldn't be possible to get (So for example special gear that drops in PVE that has that high Undead Damage Bonus that wouldn't normally be obtainable in PVP but Amulets being capped at 2 Strength instead of 3 in PVE drop tables so "Perfect" PVP gear is only possible from Normals/High Roller PVP; You can still get GOOD gear but not perfect gear however you cant get "Perfect" PVE gear from Normals/High Roller PVP and instead only in PVE).
This would make it so if you want Perfect PVP gear you play PVP, if you want Perfect PVE gear you do PVE. If you're fine with getting mid-range gear for the opposite mode both are fine.
This would also make it so you can prepare to mid-range and ease into the opposite mode and learn.

Nope that's why I wanted PVE to get PVE exclusive equipment that is better for PVE. I wanted rewards for them that they want. Just like I don't want PVE to devalue PVP's integrity with perfect gear saturation.
I think it'd be sick for PVE to also get Artifacts but also restrict it to exclusively PVE artifacts. Like imagine a longsword that says "Each Undead enemy killed increases Undead Damage by +12.5% for the rest of the Match." so if you killed 10 Skeletons you have +125% Undead Damage.
I get that, even losing a choice in dungeons is crazy imo, because I use different loadouts for each of them. Ruins makes me crazy, because that's like two different loadouts if not different classes, the way I play. lol And certainly, my gear is different, my skill/perk selections might be different, and you are right, that's true for bouncing back and forth between PvE and PvP I imagine too.
Yeah, I'm not trying to harm either. I'm actually trying to solve an issue where PVE harms PVP or PVP harms PVE depending on circumstances that exist right now.
I also like the idea of enhancing PVE by them adding things specifically made for PVE content instead of it being blanket strong against both players and monsters so it doesn't harm PVP.
I think the developers and devs of this game are in over their heads. Designing and balancing the same equipment just to be used in PvE?? I just don't think would ever happen. And it doesn't really need to happen, players will work it out. If a player ONLY does PvE, they'll get the gear they prefer to run with, which will be miles apart from a different players. Everyone plays different, let them all be different, but give them the same opportunities. It's like looking down at them and saying...ok, you can play, but you take your ball and play over there, and I'll take my ball and play over there. That's not how to build a gaming community.
Yeah that's why I think that they shoudn't do too much in balancing it for both so just nerfing modifiers exclusively in PVE and introducing Minor Artifact and Artifacts ment for PVE as well as buffing non-PVP modifiers in PVE would add a nice gear diversity and make the market itself more interesting. Instead of trying to change the actual values of everything to take it into account, just making it so the modifier table takes into account which mode your in is enough.
I absolutely agreee that if we had a PvE and PvP for example, the game needs more depth in all areas. That's another thing the developers and devs are doing wrong, imo. I don't know the answer to that problem, but the game does need....something more than just merchant quests and a leaderboard.

If you check out SDFs-Kitchen you can actually see what was happening BEFORE the Malestrom update that ended up making it so slow. Essentially only 2 people were on balancing and testing so it bottlenecked everything and so to try and figure out how to balance the game they had to flip flop numbers to see what did and didn't work until they had a map of what "balanced" is for this game before they could start confidently pumping out content without expecting to annhilate it in balancing. Religion is a good example of a system that they are afraid to expand without knowing the consequences but this recent update was the first change to it now that they're confident.

Oh I want PVE, I love it. I think that we should get PVE exclusive drops (not exclusive as in can only be used in PVE, exclusive as in only drops in PVE). I mention it above actually.
My original idea was to nerf dropped modifiers in PVE to keep it from flooding the market but introducing PVE exclusive Minor Artifacts and Artifacts that are useful for PVE (not useful for PVP).

There's nothing wrong with getting blue gear from adventure mode and wearing it in normal mode. Without the goblin returning equipment, items have become very expendable, so you need a lot of them.

The time of MMO games is over. Even the popular WoW no longer attracts attention. Nothing will come of it. This game needs to be rebuilt from scratch. Let them get on with it and improve it. There's so much that needs to be added. It's infuriating that there are teammates in the arena who attack you first. You kill them accidentally when you fight back and get penalized for it.
Many games after appearing, the monsters have filled the screen, sometimes even being beaten by monsters before being controlled, this random lobby mode is like a joke, not the problem of random 3 maps but as soon as entering the map, sometimes the timer has just started running, sometimes 30% of the time has passed with a bunch of nightmare monsters and big monsters locked in another layout
@keen onyx give demon some form of inbuilt weapon other than claws, in its current state its barely worth running for the extra health and resistances, hell even allowing demon to use some weapons to heal, like crystal sword or zwei hander or something would make him that little bit better

- Opening a door should be the same speed for closing one.In Solos at least sometimes you open and close 10 doors.That is not a fun gameloop.
2.Remove the elite mobs in arena.I get the idea,but they do not improve the gameplay.
3.Rework the amulets.Maybe remove the Frost amulet and the phonix chocker and make the rolls on the other amulets higher on damage rolls (or some other solution).This is because those 2 amulets make the others useless almost and its bad design.Maybe increase the rolls on rings too with this change.
4.Bring back the map cycle for highroller.
5.Make the stashes all in one,it would be easier to gear up and use all your gear on a certain class.Not to mantion a sort button
6.Nerf the mobs,less mobs or less health,keep their damage for them being dangerous,but not annoying. Especially on the Ice Caves.
7.For each solo,duo,trio: The mobs should have stats according to the type of loby, especially the bosses.
8.The lich purple mechanic is a bad design,even the blue one.usually the bosses should be done hitless,but even with that,in solos having to be full health is a not good,it makes it so nobody would do the boss unless playing warlock.

rating restrictions in Arena is an ABSOLUTE NIGHTMARE. This is our favorite type of game type as a friend group and we are constantly needing to farm losses to play together or swap kits which eventually stops working once we have too many characters over 1800. Arena Rating restrictions promotes either teams that ONLY play with each other and never with others so your rating stays the same together. OR it promotes playing SOLO. This game is turning into a SOLO experience. It's fucking AWFUL for community and promotes toxic behaviors when trying to build connections over time. The avoidant behaviors in arenas is actually unreal. I wish a team based game felt more like a team atmosphere rather than a bunch of solo elitists talking shit to each other and burning bridges without even trying to really sync up.

straight up remove: shard removal when hitting shield with a bolt(you don't need to fix other bugs associated with it)
as wasting shards is still not a perfect play. you hit his hands, toes or shield you have no shards for the rest of the fight and every good mele player is playing shield

With every spell cast, you’re literally killing yourself, with no reliable way to heal during a fight. (Maybe add a spell charge playstyle or introduce different healing perks.) Resetting with life drain is just a death sentence sometimes.

Hydra + Life Drain take up two spell slots, leaving the player with only three spell slots which is not a lot but still manegeble. So how about 2 spell wheel playstyle? I would love to play with two spell wheels, but without any life saving ability like phantomize, it’s just not possible. (Perhaps Warlock needs a life-saving perk or spell?) There’s also a major spell memory issue for Warlock when trying to play 2 spell wheels.

I’d love to gain shards using Eshield and Spell Pred, but since Hydra and Life Drain take two spell slots — and Eshield and Spell Pred take another two — that leaves the player with only one free slot. That’s actually a decent balance point, so maybe two spell wheels could work? I think Eshield + Spell Pred could give a small advantage when playing with two spell wheels. I really hope this shard-gaining mechanic stays in the game and that Warlock gets proper perks for the two-spell-wheel playstyle in the future.

About healing druids, the seperation between having strong heals and having strong forms like bear/panther makes sense. But now for me and other healing druids we dont have alot going on except being walking troll blood potions if we give up our forms.

Orb of nature: This spell cant clear any PVE, does low dmg for PVP, has only 4 stacks and requires sitting down to regen
Suggestion: Make it like sorc where it has a cooldown and have stacks so you can actually be a caster druid without forms and not only use your melee weapon. Increase dmg taken by monsters since they seem to take almost zero now ( Tie it to lifebloom aura if needed? ) -

Suggestion: Make it the same as orb with cooldown and stacks but also the timeframe to be able to heal using this spell after casting a nature's touch on a ally is too short. It would be nice if the window was longer or if the spell healed allies ( maybe less ) that are directly close to the enemy hit by the spell. -
Forms: We cant use any form, we cant use any offensive spells effectivly, we can barely 1v1 any other class playing without forms. Can we atleast have ratform, penguin and chicken? This would not disturb the balance where bearform/panther druids just flies away and mega heals then comes back and smashes you. But it would give healing druids some fun utility besides dreamwalk ( and actually feeling like a druid )

Those are your choices...sometimes it's a tough one. You have as much of a reliable 'heal during a fight' as anyone else. It's called 'heal potions and bandages'. There's your solution and it frees up two spell slots!! Glad I could help. lol
No one else gets a hydra to fight for them, or c0ckbl0ck a doorway, or to use as a heal if that's your CHOICE. Maybe play a little smarter instead of complaining about what you got? Or don't, complain away.

Can we implement some sort of RNG protection or some form of making farming named artifacts a little more consistent?
- either implement a hidden multiplier that if you don’t receive one on a kill the next time you kill it increases X percent (a small percentage of course that stacks as you go) this makes it so you don’t go 100 kills with no artifacts…

- implement a non tradable item that you stack and after X number of let’s call them shards you can give it to a merchant and that merchant gives you a random named.

No not necessarily, but other games have similar systems for bad luck protection on items that have a low drop rate. (IE WoW)

I'm using CM as well as other warlocks for TM. Maybe it could need small little buff so it's more playable outside of TM but idk 
What devs could do is to lower the health cost of bolt by 1(probably won't happen). I tried playing dark enhancement e shield, bolt with TM and after COP and 5 bolts(40HP) I basically was killing myself. Same thing is happening outside of TM. wasting 20HP to cast some (bolt arrows) that can be dodged or blocked(and you have to heal back that health manually...
Other spells you cast once and you have some benefit for some time. But bolt doesn't. The only benefit of it is that you can constantly deal damage. Devs cannot buff it's damage so they could at least reduce it's health cost.

i just dont live in a delusion i know that the reality is if you make something viable something else becomes unviable.... its the challenge in balancing class based game. just like any class based pvp game in the world theres always a dominate class and other classes that are just pointless... were just fortunate enough in this game the devs change every around every two weeks so every class gets a chance to be cancerous
class balance isnt the issue..... the games only real issue is that the zone discourages real pvp it just makes everyone flee because no one wants to start a fight half ticked to zone. Which then forces you to play warlock. then the exit portals are already limited so the player base as a whole loses a lot more gear to zone that we cant retrieve because theres no good system to retain gear not taken by other players. Which if you are new may not seem like a problem but then it artifically inflates the prices of gear because we have less of it which whatever but the bigger problem is less gear in the game less viable options of what creative builds we can muster up. So all in all the root problem of this game is the forced br circle that adds no real use but only hurts it in serval ways. But hey i guess if we all want to be playing chicken for the last 8 minutes of the raid while 5 players fight for the last 2 portals on the map then its a great concept and why not make it tick harder and close in faster!

take tf2 as a simple example, class balence is one class counters another and so on, so why cant sdf do that for at least a majority of classes then focus on balencing from there

Ask the developer to combine two fighter perks. Slayer and Dual Wield. A fighter like Slayer needs a defensive perk, and to get it, you have to give up other Slayer perks that are necessary for assembly. Since this guy has absolutely no blocking skills, he loses to all melee fighters in terms of both defence and the damage he can inflict before his death. Recently, I discovered that it is much more important to take "armour master" than "dual weapons". The "skill" characteristic can always be acquired, but defence cannot. And for slayer-style combat, this 10% skill is a necessary component for the mechanics of dual-wielding to work in this game. At this stage of development.
You will eliminate the armoured fighters with rapiers and spheres and make the slayer more playable. You did a good job making him a little better in the new patch, but that didn't make him playable. the game does have a good rock paper scissors dynamic the propblem is everyone body wants every class to be able to kill every other class as well have multiple variations to how the class can be played and frankly thats now possible. Since guild hall is confirmed already along with adding onto it with wood to craft furniture and etc., we should be able to craft a training hall for bosses. Lets say you would need certain items for the normal boss variant and multiple for the high roller variant.

This would let newer players or even veterans practice a build they have crafted on a boss or even learn the move set.

Life drain and TM were on the same level. Life drain warlock having advantage of stats, TM of 24/7sustain. Fights were 50/50
Later that balance was ruined and caster life drain became unplayable

A rogue dagger is not considered a fighter weapon either. It seems as though you are attempting to justify the issues with the game for the slayer with some fictitious stories. You have probably never played it yourself. Expert.
I feel like making true physical damage and true magic damage either found in raid only or removed entirely would balance things out quite nicely. it feels like skill has taken a backseat to just putting all this on equipment and congrats you win. I will say i feel like that out of the time i have played this season has definitely been one of the best seasons. its just this that makes it rough to keep playing. Imagine for a moment that we lost the ability to place true phys and true mag, and all the different builds that would emerge if we got rid of the obvious go to. I admit I could throw all of this onto my ranger and go around sniping everyone or we could have different builds and playstyles.
Going through the quest it seems there is an obsession with The Frost Mountain. There are so many quest that go there... In addition the quest there are SOOO long and tedious... Why do I have 1 quest to stand in one specific zone for 1 minute in 3 different zones..... Oh wait and then after doing that you have another single quest to stand and hold 10 zones for 1 min..... What the heck is that.... The quest requires you to go into the mountain so many times.
This is just 2 really annoying quest to think about. That's not counting the kill a billion mobs in there get a rare drop that only comes from 1 create who is contested etc.
I don't mind quest there. It just seems the quest in Frost Mountain or designed to make you hate the place. No wonder everyone wants to get out of there asap.

When I say there's nothing for a slayer, that's exactly how it is. There's no desire to poke around with a Wiola and a sphere. There should be class blades for fighters in leather armour. If you add blocking or parrying to them, it will be an opportunity to test how a slayer will feel with working fighter perks. This will give at least some advantage against insanely useful artefacts like Fulgor.
But initially, I came here to convey that the "Slayer" and "Dual Wield" perks should be combined. This would make the fighter a more viable option for trios and solo play, thanks to an additional defence perk of your choice.

Please do something for casters. nothing stopping a person from standing in a flame wall after it is casted to intentionally get a "punish" to temp ban someone. this extends to any spell that is channeled. I think intentional team killing is wrong but if the channeling is begun or in the case of flame wall the AOE deployed, it should not count as a teamkill beyond the first strike/ticks of damage. If my fireball hits the target I aimed at and the splash burns my wounded teammate to death he should not be able to temp ban me. the 'freeze' phase of frost lightning or the arcing of chain lightning, etc. should also not allow a ban. so many times in the past few wipes especially as socerer I have been banned for something I could not control. a teammate running into a flamewall or changing direction suddenly and being caught in the frost lightning's second phase.

Add more self inflicting stuff or ways to self knock back, like adding more knock back if you it yourself with fireball on wiz or a perk where missing a curse on warlock effects you but doubles the damage to enemies.

I’m saying that once a wall or a lightning storm initiated it is no longer on the caster if the teammate goes in. This would be much more fair and still punish team killers who do so intentionally
There's a severe bug in the game that's made it no longer a class based RPG. It's just a janky first person shooter now where everyone runs bows and flings arrows back and forth across the map in fear of an actual strategized, RPG-style combat exchange.

You’re misunderstanding what I’m saying. If you cast a flame wall and the teammate stands in it after it’s established, intentionally or unintentionally dying, they can abuse the temp banning system.
The fire orb is slow enough that any teammate can intentionally run into it once casted and cause a temp ban.
My point is there is an issue with this system and identifying whether i casted the AOE directly at a teammate. Right now this system is way too heavy handed when spells like these can be abused by a toxic teammate to cause a temp ban.
And another strange part of this system is that damage dealt by teammates seems not to be factored. If my teammate hits me for 99% of my health but doesnt kill me there is no temp ban.
If i hit 1hp teammate in a melee who was about to die regardless, because perhaps I casted a fraction of a second early, I do earn a temp ban.
I understand this is complex to identify but it creates a whole toxic abused system for casters in general.
I agree with this also. Can’t control my teammates. Sorc has very little to cast with zero passthrough. No hitscans, all AOE and projectiles. Even the elemental can throw a rock on its own at your teammate if they stand in front of it.
My solution is not as simple as hur dur make sorc the tk class, but the detection of the attack and the moments leading up to it needs significant improvement.
Was an enemy within the same line of sight as the teammate?
was the teammate recently heavily damaged by an enemy?
Was the spell targeted at the feet of an enemy or at the feet of a teammate? Etc etc.

Also these merchants need a background and the rewards should be interesting enough for players to care. For example: goblin merchant has this service where you can "gamble" your money to buy an item that may or may not be worth the gold. But what if through questing you realise this particular merchant is tied to the criminal underworld and the black market full of random unique treasures that could cost a fortune. By having high enough affinity, you too could participate in these criminal activities and have access to the new map.

hr had more jucier fights when artifacts were obtainable from quests as all players could get access to real end game conent and players would want to bring in their best gear to make the most out of their artifacts and enemies would bring in good gear to kill players with artifacts. The new player onboarding process does not teach players how to farm bosses easily to obatin artifacts and the market overcharges for said artifacts because of the difficulty to obtain them so relying on the casual playerbase to farm artis to get bis and use said bis in HR isnt realistic. Also when Artys were more available it make for great fights/content to continue growing the game and showcasing more relatable gameplay for the casual playerbase as they could get artifacts as well
Provide a response to bug reports. When we report things like Ice Cave ropes being glitched.. it would be nice to know that its been heard and being looked into and worked on actively. That's a game breaking bug. A map with very limited extracts and a gamble on whether the extracts work at all or not is no bueno.
If dark and Darker could get rid of the action house and implement a crafting system similar to what Arc Raider offer atm... man would Dark and Darker be a lot more fun and interesting.

Since guild hall is confirmed already along with adding onto it with wood to craft furniture and etc., we should be able to craft a training hall for bosses. Lets say you would need certain items for the normal boss variant and multiple for the high roller variant.

This would let newer players or even veterans practice a build they have crafted on a boss or even learn the move set.

Give the ability to que into a private instance of a boss, example: Cave Troll.
**NOTE: **You spawn in a room attached to boss room, you can enter solo or with your party to fight the boss however there is no opportunity to loot the boss, this is purely an instance to learn the encounter.
This suggestion comes from looking at the value people learning bosses bring to each raid which is nearly zero, as they will enter the raid, rush to the boss, die or be third partied within 20 seconds and repeat often likely giving up before actually learning the fight.
***However ***the overall experience and/or value of that same individual brings to the dungeon having the ability to defeat the boss increases dramatically. They now actively contribute to the PVP and PVE progress of a raid by adding another meaningful PVP encounter or increased odds to access a raids treasure room (locked by two bosses).
Have one of these for each of the current bosses (except perhaps new bosses in their current season).
I think this would be a fairly notable improvement and a positive step forward, I understand PVE mode exists, however that still comes with all the additional admin, spawning in, finding the boss room, hoping you're the only person there etc all for loot that equates to scraps in PVP mode.
Give the players the ability to trade away opportunities for loot to better themselves at PVE boss encounters which would then translate into more meaningful overall PVP Raids.

Implement a "Hold to compare" function. when players are searching through the market, every single one of us including you devs and myself would find it helpful to be able to hold for example "Shift" that brings up a window that compares the thing your looking at to what you have equipped currently. this function should be able to be brought up on command at anytime when searching the market, looking through your stash, or your squire gear sets.

Solo HR EU has been infested with rogues since wipe. Now that they nerfed throwing knives, they are all running hide.
This is the first wipe since HR was introduced that I barely played it solo. Because when I did, I got 3-4 rogues per lobby. Just not fun. But duos was great.

Okay here's one suggestion since some people are talking about "safe slots". What if Ironmace allows goblin merchant to recover some of your items (randomly) from high-roller if you die for a fee and you have 150 affinity with that merchant?
I think a feature like safe slots would be great, but there is a lot of potential for annoying rat gameplay, unfortunately. Maybe it could work if they limit it to "found in raid" items.

EDIT: And you have 150 affinity requirement. Quests and merchants must have unique rewarding system to encourage players to do them. Rewarding players with same random items you can find from the dungeons is not gonna work. Players need something that helps them or at least keep them interested throughout the season. Storytelling, lore, rewards, unique opportunities, NPC interactions within the dungeon etc, these would certainly keep players busy.

You, sir, sound quite tilted. I was merely pointing out that there is no game out there (that I am aware of) that has stealthy invisibility first person PvP in a fantasy RPG setting. I played rogue a few years ago and it was very fun, but I have more fun playing other classes. And also I felt bad knowing my victims were not having fun at all...

Well the items to buy at vendors are pretty bad as a reward because they are only up to blue quality. There are a few decent money makers if you're poor, but you are prob better off just going in the dungeon instead of listing them.
I think the major reward is the craft unlocks, but also discount on potions/bandages/utilities. I'd love to see more out of this, but also... They have added too many merchants at this point. Quests are mostly boring or tedious IMO, but they are much better than they have ever been.

The water map being added to the random pool for HR is a terrible decision. The map is no where near thought out for every class to play even remotely on any type of playing field. Ranger can't do anything in the water. The excuse that they could just play on land does not help at all seeing how the map is 70% water and you need to go into the water to transverse the map more or less. If it was a random map pool then go ahead, but certain classes are nerfed to the ground on the water map.

Everyone who played Path of Exile knows how useful storage in a dedicated stashtab is.
Path of Exile has stashtabs for everything, but you have to buy them to have more QOL.
The idea is to have a stashtabs that you can purchase (buy once and use for a lifetime OR maybe every season as part of the battlepass).
What should the stashtab be like?
There is one spot for every Utilityitem (Potions, Bandages eg.) and Gem and every rarity that stack infinite.
Every time you throw in your Utilityitem in any stashtab, without manually dragging them to a desired location, the dedicated stashtab collects them, so you don't have to sort them by yourself.

Fix arena's punishment system. I got banned for "team kill" when I had to kill a teammate who kept hitting everyone to 1 hp on the team. because the person never fully killed anyone he wasnt punished but I get punished for defending myself and my team
I agree. It would be good to have a threshold for the damage required for reporting.
The developer reduces the number of queues and revives all dungeons. This prevents players from registering the same card due to class characteristics and avoiding those that are inconvenient for them. At least, it is possible to ensure that the same card does not appear in the next match. However, this is difficult to implement. This random high roller system is currently the best option in the current circumstances.
I even like it when the game itself tells me where I'll end up, otherwise I'd just register the same card out of habit. But the game is not about comfort at all. Even experienced players should be stripped of the illusion of security and permissiveness by the high roller. Even an experienced player can find themselves in an uncomfortable position. Instead of running to the same place and fighting the same mobs.

- Pick your group size.
- Pick your mode. Normal or High Roller.

And exactly the same short sword with the same characteristics. So that together they are equal to a long sword. That would be fair. It's like you choose which sword you want to make with this hilt.

Some would think that the ability to use a longsword, and life tap other players is quite the advantage. Seems like an awful lot of damage output to be begging for more.
It’s damage output at a high ttk, torture mastery is the most common playstyle because it’s our best. If I could not use curses and have summons or more impactful spells I would, tm is a boring but good play style
We have a total of 4 direct damage spells that actually have a chance of doing damage, half of which are curses. I’m not asking for some crazy bs, I’m asking for something other than boring ass curse curse run curse curse run playstyle
There are other classes. If you don't like the playstyle, it costs nothing to switch classes to a playstyle that you like. That's much easier than changing a class. Warlock get the best of weapons, insane spells, hydra, the list is long. If you find the playstyle boring, switch classes.

Our weapon selection is good for a caster that’s true, and hydra is good too. Those are hardly support spells. Blootstained Blade is a DEBUFF. Eldritch Shield is equal to what, drinking a magic resist potion? Mostly it benefits the caster. Spell Predation...I have no clue how that's a support spell, maybe explain that one to me, I'd appreciate it. Power of Sacrifice is a CURSE, not a beneficial spell.

You don’t play warlock and it shows. Bloodstained blade is classified as a debuff but it’s a support spell, gives plus 5 weapon dmg on attack. Eld shield is a magic res pot you can apply to anyone. Spell predation removes buffs from enemies (makes it easier to fight bards and such). And power of sacrifice gives the target 15 strength and vigor at the cost of doing damage, it doesn’t even scale with damage like every other spell that does damage

I would love multiclass for PvE mode only. It would be great for devs to test it for the future class training stuff or test for future systems like a light multiclass. They could just make it so you cant que into pvp modes if your using the multiclass system on that class. I love multiclass so much, I played tons of different classes and leveled every class to tested tons of builds. I made fun or even bad silly builds, I think multiclass would be awesome for pve.
This gives a reason to keep grinding for pve players who dislike pvp, letting people make more fun and awesome builds. This also let the devs test it without issues pvp wise. I will always miss multiclass because I love all the fun builds i did during that first month.

This is caused by the game’s stat curves (where the more stats you have, the less you gain from them). So, 15% malice basically negates the negative effects of those curves. What I’m hoping we can achieve is, to make stacking Will actually worth it with malice.
Buff it again so taking malice becomes beneficial for a warlock player.

That's another option...fuck it, remove weapon mastery in it's entirety. No one gets any perks of the sort, but only penalties for using weapons not inherent to their class. Want to be a rogue and use a long sword...knock yourself out, but you'll take a huge penalty. Want to be a Sorcerer and use a long bow...feel free, and enjoy that penalty. So many options...so little time.

I don't know, personally, even in close combat, archers kill me on the slayer. This is because they have all the strength and skill. They don't worry about other characteristics because they rely on long-range combat. Have you guys considered being able to access all the maps from the ruins? maybe the bridges could take you to the water or frost map, the stairs take you to the crypts, the caves in some of the ruins modules could take you to the goblin caves. Would make all the maps at least 2 levels, and would combine all of your qeues into one like you guys wanna do anyways. Or at least do this in high roller. Just a thought.
Water map is unbalanced for pvp hr. There is no audio at all. It's very disorienting and very easy to sneak up on someone. It's also 3rd part heaven. The whole map is buggy and mele combat under water is just stat check. Longbow is insanely op under water. Remove this map from hr and stop focusing on this map ironmace it's a lost couse.

It's a compounding problem of....too few people playing to make the game what they want, so they take away our options and force us all together, people get pissed about losing their options, so they leave the game, which means even fewer people playing, so they take way more options to force us all together even MORE...etc etc. This "solution" of theirs is an epic fail, they just refuse to address the real problem, correctly.
People like options. Taking away options, like being able to choose your map, has already been labeled a pretty bad idea on several levels. One of those levels is being forced to go through one map to get to another. I'm not even a Kotter kid, but I like a different load out for different maps. I get your idea, it's a good idea for the most part. You would make an excellent DM...I just don't think it will work in this application.

Developers, please include something beneficial from this list in the next patch. Because there isn't even any crafting to go to the high roll. The best breastplates are the Majestic Brigandine and the Jazzerant.

@keen onyx about the circle problem, I don't know if somebody already said this, maybe a good solution can be:
some time before the possibility of opening the portals (1 min or something like that),
the same quantity of portals like now with the circle will appear at the map (with maybe some ping on the map)
so you have the same number of people that can escape, people are forced like now for the quantity limitation
and are forced to fight in that specific place like the circle do,
but with this things people can still play the all map and do all stuff(like farm bosses), without leave half map not played for half game(because the circle limiting that space.

Hello, I believe I have a idea that may help. Its quite simple but effective.
1st way is to take Blue Maelstrom and make it the first layer of Ice Caves similar to what happen to ruins and crypts becoming the forgotten castle.
2nd way is to give the players the ability to select multiple maps, and with a limitation of having them must select 2 maps so they can't just spam 1 map etc
Those two ideas combined will drastically improve the matchmaking pools.
If more detail is need I can provide, as well as alternatives to those ideas

Small fixes to improve HR experience:
-Remove BR circle (Extraction games should allow for rat play, ie avoiding hot spots/pvp, or Going for the big loot/bossing for pvp, the BR circle negates these overall player choices that are a staple of Extraction Genre.) There are other ways to encourage pvp and player movement across the map.
-Add an interactable to Red Stair Cases and static extractions :Extractions and progression in the dungeon are usually a risky part of the extraction game-play loop. Statics that offer immediate escape or deeper progression are mostly just used to leave unfavorable pvp fights. This promotes players fighting only around these "Safe Spaces" and should no longer be allowed.
- Rewards balance: Currently, with the inflation of gold an average/Low end HR kit is roughly somewhere between 10-20k. The likely hood of replacing this much gold with out pvp or a lucky item find, makes death a massive punishment. Either consider insurance, or adjusting loot to better reflect investment vs reward.
-Random Maps: Overall I think this is a good solution to a small player pool for HR, however, a majority of players avoid/leave both the Blue Maelstrom and the Ice Mountain. Either continue to adjust these maps, or consider an alternate solution like a rotation.
Overall, when HR is unfun, it greatly hinders player retention. Veteran players are more likely to que into Normals/S2R game modes which pits them against newer players. When no one is in HR the game play loop becomes very drab and boring, looking for pvp and only finding squire-kit rats, or no one at all makes a majority of players just "do something else" because HR feels like it isn't worth the time investment.
Personally I would like to see dynamic dungeon events added to mix up the experience. Things like

Things I would change about dark and darker:
Core gameplay changes:
-add quivers, potion bags, and backpacks. Make it so treasure items that sell to the collector can stack. Change the core gameplay loop so the majority of players aren’t stuck grinding for gold coin bags.
-add charge swings to melee combat, for all melee weapons, and fix blocking so desync isn’t as much of an issue
-REMOVE HR COMPLETELY and make squires to riches the premier ranked mode, which would get rid of RMT being a problem, completely skill based.
-update mob & boss A.I. -> especially on goblin caves the bosses and A.I. need a rework.
More melee weapons, and ADD THE TRAINING AND SKILL TREEES INTO THE DARN GAME.
Stop adding slop on top of slop, no one asked for Maelstrom if we’re being honest, fix the core aspects of the game so it isn’t just a slop fest
We need more minor artifacts that are easier to obtain, quests should be more engaging and rewarding. Not having access to certain squire gear and craftables off rip isn’t the most ideal either.

Add artifacts drops in high roller pve with the same drop rates, buff artifact drop rates in pvp highroller. Get more artifacts out there and enjoyed by more of the playerbase, simple. Right now pve high roller is just pointless, up to legendary drops only? Just have it drop the highest and buff drops for high roller so its still better and worth doing. I love to see more artifacts out there and no cost 5+ stupid DBs lol

Well, yes. There's already a high-roll adventure mode here. Where you can train against bosses. As well as the usual modes. Bosses have already become much more accessible to most players with the addition of adventure mode.

And I'm sceptical about removing PvE. Although my casual friend would not be thrilled about removing normal PvE. But with the addition of PvE high rollers, he at least saw what high rollers are like. And he tried it. I play PvE with him whenever possible, just to relax and have a beer. It won't be as interesting if it's just a place to train.
And I liked the previous random dungeon system.
Put a huge land area in middle like anvil from oblivion
The tavern was great. It was cool. And dressing everyone in squire's clothes in the tavern. It's cool, you can show off your skin in the tavern. But in the match, you will wear the clothes you were wearing in the lobby before pressing search match. Then no one will be able to find out anything about their opponents. Except for classes. And examining enemies in the tavern... I don't know why they added that. Just remove that feature. Then enemies will remain a mystery, and you can still mess around while the search is going on.
Well, the idea of a training room isn't bad, where there are a couple of mannequins to test your build and adjust or choose weapons. But nothing more than that. It's just a training room for beginners. With a quick course on how to left-click and how to right-click. Teaching boss tactics in training is excessive. It should be a dreary place that people leave as soon as they've tested their mechanics.
Otherwise, some of the online players will stop playing and start to linger off to boss mannequins lol.
And it will deprive you of the pleasure of killing the boss you wanted to learn how to kill so badly for the first time after 200 attempts. Turning it into a battle with a dummy is just crap.
It's more about testing builds and play styles on bosses with or without kits
It lets more veterans players try specific builds and let's new players learn a boss without worrying about getting to boss / pvping
