Why did we take away rogues damage, make barbarians more tanky and faster when they already can one hit some classes, switch between balancing solo experience over Team experience, and add GBMM?

From my honest experience most players love the thrill of out playing someone whos wearing Bis at some point those geared "sometimes cheaters" will lose it or hopefully get banned. Norm lobbies was a perfect add on and fix to people getting steam rolled. if you cant play ranked because your not skilled thats on those players. i dont understand why this games changing so much

But the devs rather implement gambling rng based systems that prolong and delay 'testing' into an already over-half way finished season which they proclaim is "true experiment for this season" but yet the true experiment won't even be fully testable with this silly ass re-roll implementation gambling approach.

There likely isn't a quick fix for this issue and bet there is no one-size-fits-all solution. Internet speed is important, but your location also matters a lot. Depending on where you are, you might experience slower access to certain servers. Additionally, (i heard) that the game operates its own download servers. (probably not distributed throughout the world..)

+magical damage works with poison weapon and that's it, not rupture. I'm not entirely sure, but I think + mag dam is the only stat that works for poisoned weapon too, cause last I tested true mag it didn't change the damage. there are stairs, as well as an elevator, that open around the same time you get the first debuff
stairs are single person escapes, elevator can be used once but take everyone on it out
then there are two rooms that periodically spawn a raft every 2-3 minutes (idk the exact time) which will take anyone on it out of the dungeon

as far as I know, all that changed there was the xp required for levels, the later levels being most affected
I believe xp on a character is internally tracked as a total, not as a level+xp
so if they only had a couple levels, the adjustments might not have been enough to actually increase his level
for example, I had a level 30 something go up to 72 but my level 8 character only went to level 11
the lower your level was before the change, the less the change boosted you, but leveling up in general will be faster

If you don't know what that means, damage is:

Weapon|Spell Damage + Add Weapon|Magical damage ||(Magical here means the magical damage on the casting tool, not additional)||

  • Combo Bonus

  • 1 + (Power Bonus) ||(so 10% Power Bonus means *1.1)||

  • Additional Phys/Magical Damage

  • Hit Location Multiplier ||(Head 150% / Chest 100% / Limb 50%) ||

  • (1 - PDR|MDR * (1 - Phys pen|Mag pen))

  • (1 - Proj red)

  • Proj falloff

  • True damage

So all damage is calculated then you subtract 3 off the top, although it can't reduce damage to 0. If the opponent has +3 true damage, you only negate that stat.
Least Helpful:
High damage 2-hander weapons.
If your PDR|MDR is below 25%, you'll still be 3 shot anyways.
If the opponent is stacking too much true damage (>8).

Most Helpful:
DoTs will have it's damaged reduced every tick.
Getting hit a lot of times by low damage (Survival Bow, Daggers, Knives, MM).
Having >50% PDR|MDR, It'll increase your effective PDR|MDR by up to ~25% to all non burst 2-handers.

If you have the gold, spending ~150-200g on getting to high-gear HR lobbies will typically mean half-full, if that lobbies. Cheapest is typically 3 purple 2-H weps + 10 meds.

Ratting and making no noise along the edges of any map works well in any Q, if you have a map of where the extracts are, farm around those and bring some meds to farm in swarm around the exit.

in general for pvp its either dodge or mitigate dmg, outside of armor values and other things

dodging is its own skill, sometimes its literally dodging in melee (depends heavily on enemies weapons) or getting a hit in and baiting them to attack so you can follow up while their attack is on cooldown

dont get discouraged though a lot of players are just way more used to this already innately

jumping is the easiest way to do this but it isnt fullproof and you have land lag a bit

An easier way to look at it is the -3 True applies to all attacks. So if you expect to survive more than 5 hits without healing, Perseverance gives you more than 15 HP (5*3)

But if you expect to die within 5 hits, or have a lot of HP/Second Wind. Robust could be better (15% * 150 HP).

For solos/ no healing perseverance definitely. It's dominated by Warlock / Rogue / PvE Dots and will make all the Proj spam not chip you as much.

Perseverance is better for every other situation. PvE, DoTs, kiting, chip, any instance where you're getting hit more than 5 times, which is common in high DR builds.

It's really hard to rely on numbers, because perseverance is either useless or saves you. I like it a lot.

So @ 70% PDR / 60% MDR, 140 HP. Second number is with Robust.
Your effective Physical HP is 466 > 536 (+70 HP).
Your effective Magical HP is 350 > 402 (+52 HP).

In your case, if get hit for:
<33 damage physical ((70 / 3) / .7 PDR)
<28 damage magical ((52 / 3) / .6 MDR)

Then preservence gives you more HP. It depends on if you're weaker against fast chip or if that extra Robust HP makes you survive 1-2 more hits that would've killed you.

Perseverance also cares a LOT about location hits. That damage threshold doubles if they hit your limbs and halves if they hit your head.

Divine protection is better against Phys & trade. If they don't trade (wait it out/block) or are a spell caster it is useless.

Advanced will increase your Overheal, and healing during/outside a fight if you're able to cast spells. It does not stack with Shadow Touch.

Neither particularly compliments LongSword parrying. Divine will only give them another reason to not swing at you and you can't use Overheal with a Longsword out.

Perhaps over healing pre fight can work, but a protection bubble would suffice. You would need to protection bubble + Overheal to get use out of it, which forces you to trade within 20s or you lose both benefits. Giving them another reason to kite you.

But I suppose it can work for surprise turning on someone. You are running, heal, take out LS & pop divine then turn + trade. If they trade, you win. If they back off you take out book, take advantage of the space and kill with spells as they run or approach.

A lot can go wrong tho, misspace any of those movements and you get hit with book out or they simply wait out the divine and win.

In that situation, flame walker would prolly simply be better.
