Aight let me see if I can do a simple TLDR of the way the download works.
This uses a Torrent as a download system (No it's not piracy, not it's not illegal) Piracy or the "illegal" aspect is using this "software" to illegally acquire files. Movies/Game/etc.
This file is being given directly from Ironmace themselves. See it as a "Hey here is my game disk, you can play it for free"

Download the software. Bit torrent. U torrent etc. I personally use Utorrent (Getting fast download rates).
After you have the software up and running, copy the link (FROM THE ANNOUNCEMENTS TAB. DO NOT COPY FROM ANYONE ELSE. PLS. DO NOT.)
And paste it onto your browser, a pop up should appear to ask you if you wanna download using insert your downloaded software of choice here
or "wanna open file in insert your downloaded software of choice here.

Soon it should ask you a directory folder (where you want the download to be downloaded to).
Wait for it to finish , and voilá. install it according to the instruction in the folder you downloaded or execute the "installer".
