To stay Bronze, your total points for those 13 weeks combined must stay at or above the Bronze threshold. You don't necessarily need to spend 30 NXPC every week, you just need to ensure that as old spending "drops off" the 13-week window, you have enough new spending to keep your total points above the requirement.

▶️ Important things to note during calculation (most frequent question)

I would like to respectfully ask why my account was restricted even though I did not do anything harmful or violate the game rules.

I have never used bots, scripts, hacks, macros, or any unauthorized third-party tools. I also only play using one account and one wallet. I have always played normally and fairly.

After creating an Pink Bean character and claiming the Crystal Power event reward, my account was suddenly restricted. Because of this, I am wondering if other players may have experienced the same issue.

I would sincerely appreciate it if the moderation team could provide clarification regarding this situation. Could this possibly be related to a system error or false detection connected to the recent event issue?

I truly hope my account can be reviewed and restored if this restriction was applied by mistake.
