When purchasing Power Crystals from the Mapler's shop, the package can be claimed from storage within 90 days, and once claimed, there is no usage expiration.
However, Payback Power Crystals can only be used until 7/1 23:59 UTC.

If you are looking a character that are doing combo skill, then Arc is the best choice

He is pirate class, and this guy one arm slap will make you see your whole ancestor

If you want to play Arc, I suggest you to search how to do the combo attack first
