Hmm crashing? So.. few things.
First try restart pc, clear cache and cookies. Hard refresh and reconnect your wallet before launching again.
If that still fails, might wanna check out if you are using an external software to change where you are connecting from.. there are complications at times.
Lastly, it could be your ISP issue as well or a conflict with your pc settings or programs you are running at the same time. Spark is only for 200-210 once you’re at chuchu it’s quint at skywhale and beyond
My rates using quint at hidden train were about 5% less and more effort compared to spark
Also locking flash jump and using it as a skill helps with spark clunkiness for the 200-210 grind

Hello sorry but we don't have definite answer on that here how system specifically work inline with jail and banning. You can direct your inquiry further to support.imo, it could be the system still needs further validation prior to banning. Assuming in that scenario, a player is indeed botting and got jailed twice in other scenario, a real player who also missed the LD by honest mistake and got jailed twice also. It may be confusing for the system to decide only based on that metrics whom to ban that violates the operation policy. So it may required further data gathering. I understand your disappointments and again thats just my pov. Team is still committed in addressing the issues reetced to bots/hacks/macros etc.

Just like my case. Play from launch until last week my first time got spam LD for a whole week even tho not LD every 30 mins or what, just few hour once
The only thing change in my gameplay is creating too many new char for link skill purpose and didn't really play my main LUMI
Logic like this also include in their detecting radar is really ridiculous
If detected using any software or macro then it's fine. This one only changes of little gameplay
Then they should IMMUNE our char when LD start and we can't deal dmg during LD, if detected someone still grinding while LD then confirm it's a bot
Not all char as TANKY as lumi, other mage soft like tissue paper easy die
Some might said just tele to safe place, then why not just make our char IMMUNE to any dmg during the LD duration?

Also thanks for your suggestion, we'll take note on that one. Immune mean character cant deal damage during LD right? If cant deal damage means its confirmed a bot? So you're saying that normal human reaction is like pausing while LD and any behavior like continues attacking and using skill even dealing 0 damage due to immunty is a confirmed bot behavior?
Thanks for sharing your thoughts then ig better LD should also note not to move during this state so that you'll not get banned for potential botting activity. In other hand, those who do botting can't it program too like if the character gets LD will stay still and will continue to attack after? Just my thoughts tho

However, There's no unfairly banned although exact reason might not be disclosed. Some ban are lifted after they appeal but not all. Still support is the one evaluates it based on your game data for example

It's not that I don't recognize that more can be done to address the botting issue. The team has historically been making it more difficult for botters as well as done large ban waves as well.

LD (Low Difficulty) is much harder and much easier to catch a person who just got home tired from work than an AI bot. It doesn't even make sense. "Let's make it so difficult that even the bots won't be able to do it," they forget that real players are still trying to play. Since I started talking here on this forum today, I play for 20/30 minutes and the game crashes. It seems, and you still have to see messages here, as if the bots are right and those who are here "complaining," "reporting" that playing for real is a problem, "not just on Maple," get out of here, you bot partner

If the company were tiny or just starting out, I could understand the ease with which these idiotic bots operate, but it's been decades and practically zero changes. Some servers have actually been fixed, but they are very few, and just look at the current state of the game. The NXPC has dropped significantly, the bots simply took a break, and when the value goes up, they will probably be back sucking up the map pools, because today the maps are "good" not because of bans, but because today perhaps the value of the NXPC doesn't compensate for their expenses. In other words, they enter and play when they want, and the company just watches and pretends the game is wonderful with its partnerships here and there and its monthly events

Bots will never take a break, I believe its because its harder for them to bypass w/e the developers doing. 30 cents and 26 cents is not much a difference. All servers was full at 30-35 cents when I was leveling alts. It only cost them 1-2 dollars to kyc.

I don't fully understand how this world of developers works, but it's not as simple as just creating and that's it. Even the bot professionals out there depend on some service that is also paid for, so that's why I say that maybe the current value isn't worth it for them. And besides, the value of the dollar isn't stable in many countries, so (most bots come from the same continent where the company is located, not the same country but the same continent)!
Eliminating hackers is something I perfectly understand will never happen; there will always be some group of bots in every game. However, there are things that Web3 makes easy both for eliminating bots and for them to enter and bypass the games. But the company has literally shown that it doesn't care. We can talk about countless things here—bots, hackers, everything—but we have to analyze things carefully and see simple things. The game has only been running for 10 months, it's already had its mass attack and a huge mass of hackers, we're 2 months away from its 1-year anniversary, the bots aren't as powerful anymore, and I think and will continue to think that's because of the price and not because of bans until proven otherwise. However, having KYC and at the same time having to "have 10 nxpc in your wallet" to create an account is the height of ridiculousness, it's the extreme of "let the bots make as many accounts as they want"... KYC is perfect, they can certainly bypass even the KYC system, but the second way to enter... I believe KYC is worthless and should be removed. Chinese app on twitter awhile back, show they can KYC for little as 1 dollar which they can earn back in 1 day of botting. As for 10 nxpc, is so good like staking which bots don't do because they rather kyc for cheaper. Reason so many fail facial recognition. Most bots that I heard of don't hold nxpc they kyc2 which is why I keep saying its worthless. To say they don't care, when we see them try to fight them over the 1 year.

Hmm, I don't know, man. KYC is useless from the perspective of those deeply involved in Web 3, especially in Asia. I could be wrong, but I believe that 70-80% of normal people don't even know about this app you mentioned. If it's as easy as you say, then to eliminate bots I would support removing KYC. However, for normal players, and especially those coming from Web 2, KYC is already very complicated. Actually, I believe the issue also comes down to the word OR, because today you enter with KYC OR with 10 nxpc, and I think there should be more requirements and together, not just A or B, it should be A, B, C and D, requirements together.

I was just kidding about nxpc, and many people are using vpn to play. The big spenders cannot kyc because they play in restricted area. If kyc is a must, you lose tons of the big spenders and the ones who play for fun. Based on Grok’s advice, I deleted my level 19 character, even though it was fully geared, because I was told it wasn't 'good.' I then created a Dawn Warrior and spent 5 hours struggling to reach level 31 because I couldn't even change the keybinds. That’s when I realized I wasn't getting the 'Burning' bonus because I had claimed it on the first character. I submitted three tickets, and three times support told me that I was eligible for the event on a new character. Following their word, I used my last character slot, but it was wasted again. It turns out there was a 24-hour cooldown period that no one mentioned. After the final ticket, they told me I had to wait until Thursday, but I had already reached my breaking point and deleted the account. Because I’ve already done the KYC (Identity Verification), I can’t just open a new account—I wouldn’t be able to prove ownership of my investments later on. I’m done with the game; I’ll just hang out on Discord and wait for their next project.

You didn't read the event properly, burning character works only for characters that are not cygnus (dawn warrior is one of then), if you can delete your burning character, that means you didn't mint it, so if you delete it, you can create a new one, but the event will end at thursday 00:00. Also you have a documentation about maplestory N https://docs.maplestoryn.io/msn-101/classes-and-jobs you have the official youtube channel of maplestory N with showcases of all the classes. so you can watch then and have a idea of what playstyle you want. You need to think that you will level up every character at least to 120-140 because there's a system called Link Skills, and Legion System, that improves all the characters of your account by only having your character leveled up in your account. You have a long walk in make your account decent (the link skills and legion system can be found in the docs too)

I mention this because I was using the game in my native language, Spanish. You might want to try changing the game to English, Korean, or Japanese. It depends on which one you prefer.

Only yesterday I sent 3 of them to jail but the issue is after i use manual lie test I have to wait 10 minutes. But these motherfckers come after 2 minutes. Only after 3rd fail they go to jail..

You got me wrong. It is so easy to solve that issue. If someone pass the test your cooldowns stays as 10 minutes. If your lie test pass ratio keep increasing(meaning u are being toxic) that your cooldowns even become higher than 10 minutes. But if they can't pass it then your cooldowns reset instantly.

Keith is boasting about 150k MAU, while failing to acknowledge how many botters there are. The botters obviously cash out in a regular interval so the quarterly ban per year obviously doesn't stop them. The lie detector only works as pvp tool to combat other players instead of botters and the gmpolice are obviously getting paid to do nothing. These issues has been here since beya and if they are not being addressed up until today then you know what the team want or doesn't want.

So that way in 5-10 minutes I possibly can send 20 bots to jail so fast

If someone bought it today and registered it tomorrow, the raffle would run next week after the event ends, which wouldn’t align with the event period—so it was ended a day earlier.
