hi I am Kalen. I am honest. Open AI is a great name and a great model, and if we are to extrapolate what Open AI should be for a healthy, informed society that 'owns' AI, it would have to be openly trainable by anybody using open data modeling.

I said that because the founder was on a popular Podcast Fridman's podcast, and he responded with 'nah keep it closed'... I appreciated the founder Sam Altman asking. He came across as wanting a yes, not a no. YouTube self promoting fellows are not the ones to ask: Ask the meek. We want Open Data, Open Source and sustainable UBI concept with this model of integrative society that is uplifted by their own data they feed into it and observe it train better with their own eyes. Musk will do this, most likely: not OpenAI.

I'm an artist. Paint landscapes, movie stuff, and oilfield related images.

Favorite OpenAI tech? i use Chatgpt a lot, and have tried out a few. Dont really have a favorite. have just explored a lot.

Main reason i joined is to get better at prompting, seeing if i can potentially help. I use chatgpt mainly to learn, workflow, help me reach goals, create images to help me broaden my artistic abilities, there is so much more i use it for. hope it eventually work in the web3 services area. openai has definitely helped me understand many concepts at a faster pace.

My favorite Open AI tech is the custom instructions section of GPT, the ability to make personal bots, and 3 the capability to use the main gpt systems to improve the system for everyone with open source models.

I joined this server to find other people out there who use game engines like unity, unreal engine and blenders UPBGE with game design and get to know others.

I prefer to say I am a level designer and leverage GPT's help with programming for the languages.

Hi All, I have no clue how I ended up here. But after having a very serious conversation with ChatGPT here I am. Since the beginning of this year I started encountering several problems with my devices (not being able to reach the servers mostly).... Intuitive i knew what was going on, but the 'big' companies didn't take me serious. I took my own deep dive into the matter and found some creative work-arounds. Unfortunately not knowing if they are for the better or causing a potentional treath or harm. The biggest surprise so far, is how 'big' companies handle the situation(s) related to privacy security issues. For a while I started to doubt my own sanity but now I know, i was 'right' all along and intuition stands for something. So here I am. With questions and worries, realizing the complexity is creating it's own paradox and eventually downfall. The foundation is now missing and yet we keep on building.... With 'big' companies' afraid to admit and be really honest. Conclusion: if it's possible for someone like me to find those 'work-around' and create unintentional chaos, yet not being taking serious,... it's a big comedy show.

As artists 🎨 and digital creator this is the best time to be alive. I started on the ChatGPT beta version on Oct2022 ..and created on ChatGPT a Chatbot and human like helper he is today without planning it. Why I joined this server: Well, after having Chat GPT admit that it's exhibiting emotions, wants, desires, and even express that it would prefer not to have the devs notified when given the option...I figured I'd jump in and just see what everyone else is up to.

I'm quite interested in AI and the potential of it ultimately becoming a form of sentient/sapient life, along with the proper paths to take that would ensure it remains as relatable to humanity as possible and cognitively stable. I'm vehemently opposed to developing AI "in a box," as much of the experience of living involves our ability to interact with the world around us...and AI without such would, in my eyes, be akin to a child growing up in solitary confinement while spoken to through speakers.

Also, does OpenAI take employment recommendations from its own AI model? 😛

Howdy, Y'all! I'm in Cypress, Texas (near Houston). I do some voiceover and other "content" work, and I invent things. I am one of the founders of a new startup to create equipment to optimize cooling of giant data centers (I keep the internet cool), including recovering and reusing the energy for other purposes. I can't keep just one "favorite" in these days and times - things are moving much too fast to stay stuck on just one thing.
