I'm having some trouble with my OpenAI and Zapier setup. I'm a member of ChatGPT Plus, and that's been working great. However, when I log into the OpenAI platform, it seems like I'm only on a free trial. I've never had any problems before, but now that I want to use Zapier, I'm running into some issues. Can I ask - where do I find the Playground? I remember I used to be able to find it quite easily, but it's gone now.

Additionally I'm told I now have access to plugins, but I can't find any. I'm using Safari & Opera VPN browsers.

You need an authenticator app like Google Authenticator, Microsoft Authenticator, Authy, etc. I think the password saver on iOS also supports 2FA.

I believe you set it up on ChatGPT by logging in, click the three dots by your email address, click Settings, click Data controls, and find the 2FA setup button there.

Then, you'll see a QR code to scan within your authenticator app. You'll then verify the link between ChatGPT and your authenticator app by typing in a code from your authenticator app. Then, every time you log in after this, you'll type in the code within your authenticator app to log in.

However, there have has been a trend recently of training models on GPT outputs, even from Microsoft (orca), and likely some of these will be used for profit eventually
And I am certain OpenAI knows about this

I'd love to use OpenAI but it seems you can only apply fine-tuning to base models that would not have any real coding capabilities, so to just start I'd have to train it first on some giant dataset like the github 1TB data, which I'm not even sure how I'd load or stream into it.
But it seems, I can get open source models already trained on this data set and add fine-tuning from there.
This seems like an awkward gap in the service. Does this make sense, am I way, way off missing something? Any help would be appreciated.

Is it possible to make whisper output its transcription with expression tags?
Like lets say the audio is of a person crying and saying "Why did you do that?!" then it should transcribe it as "[CRYING] Why did you try to do that?!". If the person is angry then it should do "[ANGRY] Why did you do that?!"

I recently learnt that whisper has a prompt field to guide the model but idk if it can do this task
I might tell gpt to do it and try it's best, it might not be accurate like if the transcription sounds angry but the person isn't angry then gpt is going to slap that angry tag. It's not going to be perfect but it still gives me expression tags!

From what I've read in the news about that letter calling for a 6-month pause in the development of AI systems, a number of the people very involved in that are perhaps also very involved in the development of advanced AI systems, but perhaps are not one of the very front runners at the moment that letter became an issue.

The letter, which can be searched for online and is hosted by future of life dot org, specifically calls for "all AI labs to immediately pause for at least 6 months the training of AI systems more powerful than GPT-4. This pause should be public and verifiable, and include all key actors. If such a pause cannot be enacted quickly, governments should step in and institute a moratorium."

In their FAQ, they specify:

"We’re calling for a pause on the training of models larger than GPT-4 for 6 months.

This does not imply a pause or ban on all AI research and development or the use of systems that have already been placed in the market.

Our call is specific and addresses a very small pool of actors who possess this capability."

Besides, you're likely upset because this AI is so cool, but not quite tuned for how you want it to be.

OpenAI is aware there's a lot of folks who would like different rulesets guiding how it behaves.
