Well, it's allowed, but if your VPN accidentally connects to a banned country like Russia, not sure about Cyprus, Argentina, etc., and you re-authorize the GPT chat login, it will result in your account being banned, anyway now it is observed judging by the messages from this discord channel.

The OpenAI team very thoughtlessly and unfinished introduced this stupid defense, like everything that happens in this world regarding bans, sanctions and discrimination, it only adds a spoke to the wheels and leaves a negative impression of using the service when it hurts you. Yes. That's how it works. You need to pass in all the message history in a request if you want the model to rely on it.

You can choose to not pass the history to save the context, but then the model wouldn't know what you were talking about before.

The token limit is not per "message". It's per input(whatever you send in the request).

sure, literally hundreds of examples of simple chatbot, OpenAI's own Logan has made Simple ChatGPT with 100 lines of code written by ChatGPT which links a Flask app in python to the OpenAI API's for a chatbot, if you want to get more fancy with streaming text and markdown rendering ... things get more complex, more time consuming or.... more expensive

there are also Bot creator sites that will charge you a fee for use but give you a nice chat interface and a customisable system prompt and all the configurable settings, so called "no-code" solutions

Hi guys, i have this issue and I already tried: Cleared the browser cache by navigating to Chrome settings > Privacy and security > Clear browsing data.
Disabled all browser extensions to rule out any potential conflicts.
Ensured that Chrome is up to date by going to Chrome menu > Help > About Google Chrome.
Tested ChatGPT in an incognito window to eliminate any profile-specific problems.

i just have one word, for example, HORSE and i want an app that can analyze thousands of possibly relevant keywords to HORSE and make me a list from the CSV file with only keywords that relate to HORSE

so saddle, rodeo and stuff like that would be written in a new list while excluding anything that says DOG or CAT etc
