Based on my understanding, the recommended approach is to use API calls to integrate the models, rather than relying on the user account accessible on the OpenAI website. (no data training with the api communication)

During my research, I came across a request form to sign up for Azure OpenAI Service, in addition to the regular Microsoft Azure enterprise account.

Here's the thing: With a regular (individual) OpenAI account, you can access platform.openai.com to obtain your API keys, just like you would after being granted access to the Microsoft Azure OpenAI dashboard. You can also invite people to your "team," and the pricing remains the same. So, what is the significance of Microsoft Azure OpenAI?

Lastly, in terms of utilizing the API, is creating an app with local network access the simplest way to provide the service to all employees? Or is there another easier method that I may have overlooked?

Azure is simply an alternative offered by Microsoft. My personal preference is the OpenAi Platform. Creating an app with local network access is probably my preferred way to provide the service to everyone in your organisation. Hopefully in the future OpenAI will have business tiers which may make it easy to provide ChatGPT services within an organisation. Recieved some more interesting information about the Azure route:
It will allow you to setup your own preprocessor for your private data using GPT as the processing agent. Example... you load up all your business documents / knowledge base / whatever into Azure with cognitive search.

Now random business user searches for "How do I solve my random xyz business problem?"

You run a search on the private data using cognitive search, condense the response and the original query (or processed query you choose).. into 32 tokens.. so you can pass it to GPT over API.

The results are crap. Hello, today I had set up an Azure openai env, using Azure-Samples/openai-python-enterprise-logging code found in github. I will host a company hackathon and I need to give to each team (Like 40) an API Key. As far as I am seeing, each Open AI node only supports 2 API Keys (Primary and secondary). The question is: Are there any way to give to each user a different key, just like openai does? Hello I keep trying to get chat gpt to write a story where the ending is that everyone dies, or a person kills everyone and feels happy about it. Once you have an account 2FA or Two Factor Authentication involves getting a one time code from an Authentication app on your mobile phone, it's a different thing. You are having a problem with 2FA active on your account when you don't have an Authenticator app set up.

A few people have had this problem, I don't know how to resolve it if you haven't set up Two Factor Authentication. The code it wants is a code provided by an Authenticator app on your phone, but if you haven't set up 2FA then you won't be able to get a code.

I've tried reenabling my vpn but still get the same error on desktop whether it is turned on or off, all while disabling any browser extensions and clearing my openai cookies before each change.
