Hey, I was trying to work with openai's python api for chat completion, but I'm running into the following error:
openai.error.RateLimitError: You exceeded your current quota, please check your plan and billing details.
I'm only sending a single request in the code, and am still able to use chatgpt, so I don't think I'm actually hitting some limit here.

Based on this information, I think you can use either LangChain + Pinecone or ChatPDF to fine-tune the model. For example, you can use LangChain to create prompt templates for different types of outputs and use Pinecone to store and retrieve relevant vectors from your data. Or you can use ChatPDF to upload your PDF files and chat with them using natural language queries.

I don't think that loading a PDF prevents the model from using their extensive knowledge or creative skills. However, it may depend on the quality and relevance of the PDF file and the type of output you want. You may need to experiment with different PDF files and queries to get the best results.

Hey, I was wondering if someone could help me. My ChatGPT (with plugins and GPT4 access) does not work on my home PC. It works on my laptop and cell phone but not on my PC. No matter what i do, I've tried clearing my cache 1-hr, all-time, cookies, browser history, hard reloaded, logged in and out a dozen times, waited, waited, reset password, bought and unbought and bought turbo, tried on a VPN and not on a VPN, checked my blacklist/firewall, turned off adblock/ublock, reset my router/modem, tried in a different browser. Seeking help. I keep receiving the "Something went wrong" error even after trying all kinds of things. Things I've tried: refreshing, restarting everything, using different browser, clearing browser cache, connecting to different wifi, using mobile hotspot, turned off and restarted my VPN, tried without VPN, creating a new account, and disabling all of my extensions. I pain for the premium and it doesn't work on GPT 4 either. The weird thing is that it works perfectly fine on my smartphone using chrome and the same wifi. I don't know what else to try. Hi all, does anyone know if an App already exists for the following?
I am looking for an AI app to read & digest all of the policies hosted on a public website. There are about 15,000 policy pages. Organized in a Table of COntents, with blue hyperlinks used to drill-down to subsecctions until you get to the actual Policy Page. And many of the Policy Pages reference to other policy pages as well.

What I would like to do, is ask the AI questions about the contents of the policies.
Most of the questions will simply ask it to find a Policy Page with the section that answers the question.
Some of the questions would need the AI to use multiple Policy Pages in order to Think/Analysize/cross-referencce and give the answer.
I suppose I may need to download the entire website, convert to text/pdf, upload somewhere. If the steps that will be needed get a little technical, I can manage.

turn off the web protection feature on CCleaner and Avast and Chrome will work for ChatGPT. These programs mistakenly pick up JS dependencies and block them.

VPN is fine provided you stick to the TOS and it hasn't been blocked. If it's been blocked then obviously you can't use that VPN.
