Does ChatGPT have trouble reading Google Docs? I tried getting it to review a story chapter I wrote and the details it commented on weren't even in the document. I went back and forth several times where it apologized, saying it was reading the wrong document, and then claimed to definitely be reading the right one. Then proceeded to comment on more things I never wrote.

The first time, it let me know sharing wasn't on and it didn't have access. So I fixed that and it said it could read the document just fine. Then proceeded to critique sentences I never even wrote.

The plot revolves around Kiera's attempts to cope with her loss and move forward with her life while grappling with the memories and emotions that her mother's death has brought up.

I'll agree that it's hallucinating. It has made several very strange replies, insisting it is reading the document I submitted and yet it clearly is making stuff up.

Additionally, it told me that it would work on this and get back to me later.

But during my use of GPT-3.5, I encountered an issue where ChatGPT constantly switches its persona and communication style, which can happen after 20 messages or even just 5. I am a chatPLUS user. I can no longer access the service with a VPN running. From any browser at all. I'm using a protonVPN for Linux. I've uninstalled, purged, reinstalled. Tried the GUI and the CLI. No success. I am instantly met with the 'You have been blocked' screen. there isn't currently a great way for a user to engage with other users through their platform. You can only engage with models or use the forums (which aren't super popular). Discord acts as a great place for people to share ideas because that's the purpose of Discord. It also removes the headache of having to build an entire social platform yourself. That's why I suspect they did it. I don't work for or represent OpenAI, though, and can't speak on their behalf. I can only speculate

I honestly believe that with AI/AGI the world would be far better collectively with no one left behind. hey, since we are not OpenAI employees we are really not able to do that, but as an advice you may want to know that if your account does not have a payment method yet it is considered free tier, which has lower rate limits. Just adding a card to the account will increase to the default rate limits (in case you don't have it already)

Anyone know why I can use chatGPT fine from home but not from work where it fails with a 403 forbidden or a 429 (too many requests) error? Co-workers don't have this issue and they're not using a paid account like I am. Yes, I tried so many times, so many different cards.

I ended up having to use a card from another country. It only worked after several attempts and using a VPN in the US (not sure if that helped or not).

It would be great to hear feedback from OpenAI if this is a Stripe issue or their issue.
