Hi, I was using the free research preview earlier today and got message "You've reached our limit of messages per hour. Please try again later." I then signed up for ChatGPT Plus, attempted to use the chat and got the same message. Tried logging out and logging back in, same thing. Only get "You've reached our limit of messages per hour. Please try again later.". Using Edge on latest MacOS Apple Silicon if that factors in some how.

Let's say I want to implement AI generated dialogues in a video-game. I would want the character to know everything about the lore of the game, but that obviously doesn't fit into the token limits.

Is there a way to "train" or like fine-tune a model based off ChatGPT/Davinci on the game lore, so when asked a question the character will be able to take that into consideration ?

I've heard about embeddings, but the few I've read about it seems like it would not fit here

Well basically although I have access to the gpt4 API, for the same settings, gpt 4 feels like gpt3.5 intelligence level when used with the actual API. It's fine in the playground though and shows the real gpt4 capabilities, but it does give the same answer as 3.5 when used in actual code.
