Logging out may do the trick and for some reason, GPT tells u it renamed the chat but it isn't actually capable of doing so.

it is capable to set the new name though, for example you can tell it to set the conversation's title to: <title> and it will do it.

for each new thread you have to select 4, assuming you are using Plus at chat.openai.com. They have capped the amount of times you can use it in a 4 hour window, because they rushed this to market and want to start looking for reasons to create another pricing tier.

yes, it's 4,000 words (about that) for both the prompt and the response. so basically, you can paste in about 2,000 words (more specifically, tokens). that's another thing they left out this week when they launched and promised increased token length.

yes, chat GPT is available on Bing right now. I believe there is a waitlist but 4 is there, and it's free. it's just real locked down. but it does give you live citations, etc. so there's benefits to it as well.

As long as you buy the ChatGPT Plus subscription, you will also have access to GPT-4-demo. But some people experience some problems with it, as far as I know. The possibility to send pictures to GPT-4 has not been released yet, unfortunately.

Have you switched to the GPT-4 engine? That seems to give me longer and more complete answers, though sometimes at a bit slower rate. The other thing you can do, is copy the first portion of the code to reset the context, and then ask for a completion to "this" where "this" is the incomplete code block you have above, but wrapped in double quotes.

OpenAI is making really cool tech, and GPT-3.5 and GPT-4 (haven't tried 4 yet) seems really promising with potential to basically change the world. Issue is OpenAI have zero competition, and there kinda needs to be a non-profit to lead the way with such powerful technology. I get compute and employees aren't cheap, but there needs to be some form of truly open model that people can freely use. With GPT, there's just no real competition. And Stable Diffusion is quite far off DALL-E
