Would it be beneficial to have the neural training of an AI saved to a blockchain to ensure the integrity of its responses?

Unfortunately it doesn't work. I tried another browser, incognito mode, with VPN, without VPN, different account. Doesn't matter what I do I always get An error occurred. If this issue persists please contact us through our help center at help.openai.com. It didn't work at all this entire week. It can't be over capacity because I constantly see other people using it actively and no one tells me why it doesn't work for me.
