So, in order to post in the gallery channels, you need to either upload an image or reply to someone else's image. Pretty new to all this. Good to have a separate place to discuss. Been having fun using daily-theme as way to practice prompts, and explore delta between manually writing prompts vs having code gen them. Still unclear how DALL-E 2 prioritizes prompt objects and assignment. Better results often appear to happen when I stipulate less, but I'm not always looking for an AI Hallucination; sometimes I want something fairly specific. Any resources, guides etc on this that a newbie can reference to get a more engineering perspective rather than treating it like a black box and tapping on the various bits to see what happens? I was getting that as well in firefox I disabled Strict mode and set it to Standard under Settings -> Privacy and Security and that seemed to resolve the issue. I think the browsers are blocking cross-domain cookies so it fails to load the API key.

Are there plans to upgrade the UX whenever a user purchases credits? With AISEO AI, I get upscaled images and 3 different sizes. With DEEP AI, I get a somewhat higher res than DE-2 as well as multiple image sizes. I think it's gibberish is simply it's understanding of text equating to a series of pixels roughly in a specific order. I don't think GLIDE (the generation aspect of DE2) has the concept of language as it doesn't understand any language (including our inputs)

It is not a general outage, as I just tested DE2 on the OAI site and it generated something for me. The error report in the screenshot notes an API key issue.

It does reference the API key, but this is a generalized error message provided by the authentication service when it fails the validate a user's API key. This is due to OpenAI's allocations being maxed out with Sentry.io, preventing any and all users (not just API consumers) from using the platform. It's a general outage, but not in the sense that the AI API itself is down, just the Auth API.

The authentication service is currently overloaded and isn't currently scaling to capacity.
 
The Sentry.io Status page suggests that this isn't an outage on Sentry.io's side, but more likely a capacity/allocation issue that OpenAI will need to work with their Sentry.io account manager before it gets resolved.

I made some generations and now whenever I login I get a prompt window asking for my login credentials again. Even if I input them nothing changes and the window reappears. Outpainting should work for this. You should be able to import another picture in there, and then by setting up a generation frame so that it overlaps the edges of both images you can generate something in between.
