And I already had access to uploading files even before this announcement, as part of GPT-4o, is it now in GPT-3.5 or is it just the same thing? as someone that has no knowledge of coding, I can say that chatgpt gave me access to do something that I would otherwise be unable to do.
It’s limited, but it’s still more than I would’ve achieved on my own.

intresting insights and OpenAi's Dal-E could in theory be modified to generate even better results but it could cause some issues in the long run and could bring down the gaming industry in the long term by introducing a ton of shovelware

Evals are fine, I don't personally care about them, they said claude 3 was on par with gpt4 when its dumber than gpt 3.5 in a lot of ways.

I mainly care about solving complex coding tasks over several queries, semantic scoring, how complex of prompts it can adhere to, and emergent behavior. More than how it scores on the sat or if it can 1 shot code or whatever else they measure.

Its better at not denying requests for ethical reasons it really should run, thats the other one I forgot.
