I found a solution. It's weird. I had to completly disable AdGuard. Pausing it for some reason wasn't enough. With it disabled completly I am able to visit your URL and use ChatGPT again.

No. I had a error: Slow down message as if i was making too many requests. AdGuard is not AdBlock tho. It has like 500 features for privacy, I wouldn't even know where to begin to pinpoint the cause. It filters most traffic with WPF network driver, offers DNS protection, hides search queres, sends DoNotTrack requests, removes tracking parameters, and then blocks ads.

There's a lot of severely annoying issues, especially with the mobile app, like for example you don't have the regenerate button for YOUR messages, so if you send a message and it errors out for no reason as it does every other message, you instead spam bullcrap and junk in the chat until it stops erroring out because it has a problem with your initial message, or you open up the website and wait literally 10 minutes for your bs to load.

Considering API price, I doubt they don't lose money on most + subscribers, but in exchange they gain data they can legally train on. Since the open internet is shrinking (As visible by Google's indexed pages count), they might do it to build the largest proprietary conversational dataset.

Beta/R&D is actually completely irrelevant and you're just doing bad PR for them. It's okay that they made an error, in fact Sam himself acknowledges this.
