This seems possible, you just have to compile all the codes, that the car computer gives, then just have a modified computer that is used to check check engine lights, in it you can run an app that connects to gpt4 with the number of the error, and it will give you what’s wrong with it. Feel free to take this idea, if you want to further make it useful, build a plugin that buys any necessary parts to fix the car. This seems like a tool that mechanics will find really useful

The way you can build it, try finding a way to extract the OS from the little computer, turn the error codes into a vector to prevent high token usage, and feed it to the api.

Try a version of the software feeding the data as vector form, and try it as regular token form, see what works better, because on some projects that I’ve made when you feed the data in vector form, sometimes it gives you a semi different answers than in token form.

Yeah. It has a built in prompt library where u can search prompts based on topic.

Also, u might know that if u disable training, ChatGPT also disables history. But with the extension, u can disable training and allow the extension to manage history. No multi device sync though as far as I know.

I don't think so... other than OpenAI just slacked out here. For a paid service with 20$ / month, there is already quite a lot of limitations. If an extension can add this feature and it works..clearly it is possible.
