I'll explain the issue. Let's say you're using VPN, it's a single IP and many people use it. If a server (like facebook) sees that a single IP is making tons of requests against a specific endpoint, it may block it and that generally is why you may see services not working.

At some parts of the world residential IPs are still shared.

While it is agreeable that chat gpt can perform well on research and collecting references, you cannot guarantee that chat gpt will provide accurate results, and so there is no harm in cross-verifying the authenticity of the results it produces.

And as for the plus subscription, it’s simply a way to gain early access to features i.e gpt 4 which is a more intelligent model than gpt 3.5 which provides more accurate results.
