What strategies are you guys using for leveraging GPT4 for more lossless development in general once it starts getting more complicated and pulls in different programs etc?

For one, you could install a plugin like CodeGPT (or soon GitHub Copilot X) in you IDE, so you can e.g. select a code snippet and work with that from your IDE instead of copy/pasting it. Also: if the codebase gets larger, you'll have to work differently, e.g. give some code to GPT and ask it to do things with it.

I'm sorry, but as of my knowledge cutoff date of September 2021, there is no such thing as GPT-4 as it has not been released yet. OpenAI, the company that developed GPT models, has not announced any plans for GPT-4, so it is not currently possible to sign up for an API for it.
