The burst damage buff part is independent
Only needs it to be a nuke(a.k.a targets all enemies) that does final burst damage

Yeah. If your team wants to burst before enemy's Noah can burst, to win, Soda can make it happen
Because Noah's unable to burst while stunned
Stun duration is only 1 second
But if they brought another B2, that other B2 will burst instead of Noah

Soda first alright, she only need the stun anyway
But how is she for defense? her stun is too randomize to use againt non-taunt Nikke

Easily countered with the same team but replace Soda with Rosanna
if your sp def can force them to run 2rl rosanna then the other 2 teams will have easier time ig
if they use 2rl noah to fight scar soda they usually lose if scar can wipe

opponent will go read soda skill and see the word random and believe in rng and might hit again
also proved that faster 2rl (more cs speed like 7%+ on all sr rl for me) can stun their b1 too and they already use rosanna to cut jackal link

Unfortunately this particular player always use crystal to try another
Rosanna has advantage of burst charge at the start of turn though
then you introduce rng to their gems spending 
Tbh most people use Rosanna only for counter Jackal team, which always linked with Scarlet
So the other two team still not that struggle if the opponent use Soda with Scarlet

personally myself always do SR5 for any pvp arena character
you benefit from the damage reduction

and I think my opponents tried to rosanna back but can't get winstreak cuz rosanna 2/5 chance to get stunned cuz I have more charge speed

I feel like in champ, well invested soda scar trina gonna be the comp that ppl skip, or try their rng luck on the stun, or waste their jackal

from the maths I did last night, the actual bulk gain relative to atk gain is almost none
the main thing that makes a diff tho
is console lvls
they heavily heavily favor bulk, imo that's the actual cause (aside from stuff like higher sync = higher invest = higher gear and doll) of higher sync = bulkier nikkes
depends on how they group brackets for champ
if it can group you with non-whales 200 sync higher than you, then yeah you gotta deal with their higher console lvls, so their units are gonna be bulkier relative to yours
consoles same stats on all level upgrades right? but cuz it's capped by your current sync you can't go any higher vs high sync opponent cap

Their final HP is already directly revealed during combat in the pause screen
That’s why it’s probably the easiest one if can find the timing to enter a synchro 400 battle and check max hp, then increase hp-affecting console level while definitely well above intended for synchro 400… then go back in and check
If the HP value changed upwards, then clearly it’s uncapped no matter how high level it goes

Among other things, including MCB, doll, and lv5 OLs
Buying Attacker consoles to reach lv181
18,400 body labels to get 46 more Attacker consoles 
+750 hp for going from lv180 to lv181 Attackers, or so the Recycling Center claims
HP now ending in 8,629 for BS Scarlet, synchro 695, vs Anomaly Kraken, with lv181 Attackers and lv320 General
So it appears that as long as Recycling Center bonuses are allowed, synchro does not cap it
Considering how there are some battles where you time out but could’ve cleared if you had just a half second more, +atk is almost always the best choice. Assuming survival is never the biggest problem
But it’s not as simple as just believing that because you can only level a manufacturer if you go for the red consoles. You pick Pilgrim? Your Elysion, Missilis, Tetra, and Abnormal are neglected…
For that reason only, I think HP from the class consoles is probably the best choice - they’re universal, and being dead is also a big problem
Full disclosure, I went went for Pilgrim consoles 
Because I wanted the Pilgrim Manufacturer Points

She only really buffs one unit so your second B3 will be a wet noodle and her buffs aren't even that great for Jill
A ton of attack damage and some reload speed + hit rate is nice but Jill already gives herself a ton of attack damage and Trina more than triples Jill ammo when Jill wants to reload spam
