so before that i beat the 15-12 hard at 248k/409k. changed from alice to c.ludmilla and that stage got much easier

First Burst with modernia to clear all mobs, especially those flying raptures

Try to heavily damage one of those rope rapture elites as well, cuz you need to kill some mobs out of burst here.
Then when 2nd wave starts, you burst with xLud to focus down rope elite raptures + manually mob clear all ground +flying raptures with xLud/mod (at like 51+ seconds remaining, so you have time for one more burst at the end with xLud)

Its a hard stage at 38% deficit

Especially if scarlet cant one shot raptures
