Viper gives more elemental flexibility to the SG team. That's mostly how I use her.

I use that comp with Doro instead of Liter on Harvester now. It’s risky but they usually make it to the last five seconds before I lose XLud. Viper is there for bonus damage being another sub-DPS.

And I haven’t really reinvested in her since I maxed out her Treasure.

It is a lot of HP management and burst management because Doro remains unable to auto-target Harvester.

Good news, Mihara BC is in fact a massive sustained dmg carry unit. You can probably replace that placeholder Mihara with the real Mihara BC and possibly do decent

As for neutral element or superior to other choices, depends on how OP the new Mihara is and whether that team is suitable for her to shine

Has anyone tried 9 ViperT bursts in a row?

Specifically:

B1 CDR (prob Siren) ->
ViperT with 19+ seconds of CDR, nine times in a row (1 sec CDR is sadly unavoidable) ->
B2 CDR (prob Dolla) ->
B3 of your choice, we have so much CDR and we spend 10 full seconds between B1 and B3 so we only need one B3 for the team probably. XGuillo maybe lol
