The lobby works but scarlet is going down a pole instead of a ladder 💀
Then i tried to swap that lobby with neon lobby and the entire thing is pink
So i swapped Neon lobby to mihara 00 lobby instead
that string part is what is not needed because event lobbies can't be swapped with string swap iirc

previous to that I swapped her over Ludmilla onsen just to test it, then deleted it because Ludmilla onsen is one of the best event lobbies and that swap was a waste

event lobbies are different from characters lobbies, that's why my lobby swapper doesn't include them for swap
and since string swap doesn't work I dropped the idea to make an event lobby swap
but it's possible to swap their assets instead

This is caused by missing FX and needs to be fixed using Unity
identify which FX it uses ,one character typically uses around 3 to 5. if you're not using unity, you can import them with UABEA instead
but what if one character got like 10 fx and the other one 15 fx?
This is the missing material for the helm
She needs 5 FX for over 10 meterial in total, but only one is in her bundle. The rest are in encrypted bundles, so using the 00 can not read them. You can fix it by packing all the FX into her bundle instead
that is for Unity case right? how do you do it with UABEA?

It usually shows up in the dependency list, but I've never been able to find it through that method

someone was having issues to use my mod manager to activate your Red Hood burst file as well, and the fix was to compress the bundle before to activate it with my manager
my manager matches file size to detect modded bundles
naps filesize matches with your mod filesize in "lobby_burst"=mod active
naps filesize has no matches with your mod filesize in "lobby_burst"=mod inactive
That is the only solution I could think to display mods active or inactive in real time..... since I don't have advanced programming knowledge to use a better way

Most of the characters are encrypted, so you need to decrypt them first. Only things like the Lobby or Burst can directly check in asset studio and include Spine files

AssetStudio is only to view and export the assets, to view the animation you need to load those exported assets on a Spine viewer

SU usually splits the main character into two formats in the lobby files, so just editing the Spine data might not work as expected

I take 1 hour to rename 50 lobby file and take 15 mins to click the active button 
It is a true accomplishment
so far the CLI modifications deepseek made are not working.... this will take a long time if I even manage to make it to accept CLI commands at some point

yep, the problem with using "_" is event lobby IDs use it... so to make my mod manager to be able to handle both characters lobby/burst and event lobby I changed the renaming structure to "-", that way the other one is only used on the event lobby IDs
maybe @twilit plover with C# knowledge
D-Outsider ID uses _ and -.....fuck, I need to add an exception for that one lol
I think the event name was "D-Outsiders" but they forgot the s on its ID

and that shader file is in naps folder, Lorax catalog got the URL where the file is named shader-main...etc but the bundle in naps folder got another hashed name so I had to find it with assetstudio

I tried to read your message...... all I can understand is that we have to find out the missing shader, import these shader to swapped file and given it file id 0 and original Path Id.
But It seems hard to find out what shaders are missing without Unity 
Give up, I only have 3 year old IQ
Once you run it once, you will find it's actually quite easy
You know what shaders to find out by checking the material files
There's also a simple method,throught Unity create transparency shader as a replacement,But it will behave differently from the original.
I still don't find the discussion on how to find out the Pathid we need and the shader files with related PathId...
Find out the shader files by decrypting the whole naps file and search for Asset less than 1Mb and match the path ID?
but how to find out the PathId we need
Take it step by step
First identify the shaders you need. Read the material files. Note them on the notepad
so if there are 15 material file, we have to find out all the 15 shader file with those PathID?
Usually you need 4-5 max
A shader can have thousands of variants, and even if 4 materials use the same shader, they might not behave the same. So, you don’t need 15 different shaders for 15 materials.

Her 00 lobby is one of those cases where the burst is merged with the lobby, that's why her lobby filesize is less than 1MB and if you modify the texture on her burst that change also appear on her lobby

Anyone can tell me how to sawp costume with the mod we having but not with the sawper tool that provided in sawper tool
Here is how I do now.
Use Swap tool, select what you want and then check Default Bundle folder (be quick about it)
When it created 3 folders like Standing,Aim etc. choose what you want and copy the file's name inside the folder. Its something like
182asdas7d9172312.bundle
Now let the swapper end and remove them from repacked folder. (You can also abort and clear folders but letting it end is just easier)
Now rename your mod's name (the one you want to use) to the randomnumber.bundle you copied before. And copy the file.
Run the swapper again, select what you want. This time when it create the folder inside the defaultbundle folder paste your mod file and replace when it asks, and voala. It works.
Gotta be fast about it tho, you need to paste it before it start working on the files. Its not that hard, give it a try.

I made a CN swapper that only works with CN files, I don't remember if the generated files work on Global directly
for Liter CN skin I used the CN swapper to get the files, moved them to the Global swapper and made the swap over Global Liter

well, in manual method, repacking and swapping is very similar, so you can do it at the same time, but idk about the auto method
if the swap is done with string swap then you need to swap the string back to the original character, repack the mod and then swap the string again

I saw on you channel that NMM will support multiple languages in the future, but I see that some of the languages are not translated accurately. Is it possible to use i18n file to support multilanguage, in this way, if the translation is not correct, We can also modify it ourselves!
hm, currently The translations are stored in a .ts file(xml), which needs to be compiled into a .qm binary file before the nmm can use it

voices are not moddable anymore, and I use the portrait swapper on doro tools to get the portraits and then I modify the file manually with UABEA because portrait swaps need a fix my swapper can't handle... so UABEA is required for it

about the translation bit with i18n, since you brought it up, could you elaborate on that a bit more? wanted to learn about that and use on my projects. I'm not talking about NMM though, just for myself and will prolly use it on the wiki if it seems viable. Or, could you point me where I could better understand about it?
i18n is just some multi language framework. depending on what you use it'll work differently but in the end you'll have a json file per language
I have an example of vue-i18n setup with kr/jp/en. might give you some help if you want to implement react i18n
i had to do a lot of guesses to make it work. I feel like the documentation for it was a bit lacking, maybe react is different

@half boneokay so basically, as I said i18n uses json files
the type of the json content is like uhhh

}
the goal is of course to have the same keys across the languages with the translated values
to setup your i18n you need to make a i18nOption object and link it to the framework
locale will be the default language used,
fallback locale will be : if a key does not exist in the current translation file it'll fall back to the key of the defined language,
then message is a list of locale names to translation files
for vue the options are just hooked that way in our main file and it kinda works
now to use translations for vue we can just do in our html : $t(keyName)
in the translation you can reference parameters, with {index} or I think named parameters, and you can insert values using an array, see the "Uptie {0} " in the json, it'll write Uptie 3 here because index 0 will get the value 3
the pipe syntaxe in the json allows you to use plurality, when you call a key you can put a "quantity" parameter to decide if you want singular or plural translation
there's not really more to it, it's quite easy to use. it might be tricky to setup but once it's done it just works

hmm, I can somewhat understand most of the stuffs. but what is that I18n<{}, {}, {}, string, true>? is that really just a type? but 3 objects? and that uptie {0} is really neat that even though its json, the values can be dynamic, noice.

oh, did you ever use it in a very large app? afaik, if a website takes time to load a json, then until its done loading it completely, the user can't do anything. So I'm wondering if using this would slow down larger applications (which I currently don't have to worry about, but should keep in the back of my mind) since almost all the text would be coming from jsons
pretty sure when compiled it'll output javascript files
but yeah for very large app the app should be server side to begin with and the server will only load the translations needed for that specific screen
or you could try implementing a small cdn that'd only go and fetch the json needed for your language and not all 100 languages
this could be just sending the json to a github page and your vercel will do a HTTP get for it only for your language

@half bone seems like for my naps parser I didn't really accelerate the code by commenting the unity bits, what takes time is the file reading.
I optimised the reading but it's still slow af
still took me 250 000 ms to launch the script ~
I modified it link with a bash so it executes 16 parallel times , each handling 16 subfolder of naps.
The entire thing runs in 30 seconds now, if y ou wanna try hmu
it might lag the computer for a bit but defo worth it, at least for me

- I opened the folder in vscode and ran
bash naps-splitter-launcher.shand got the errornaps-splitter-launcher.sh: line [x]: ts-node: command not found. - I assumed its coz I dun have typescript installed in global, so I installed it globally and ran the same command, and this time I got a slightly different error
/mnt/c/Users/[username]/AppData/Roaming/npm/ts-node: [x]: exec: node: not found
I do have node, and its v22.4 - is the sh file supposed to say
ts-node naps-splitter-shell-arg.ts? because the naps-splitter-shell-arg is a .js file.

I think you need to replace node-ts with node, and .ts by .js
I transpiled the JavaScript because the ts didn't work for you last time I forgot about the shell
after changing all "ts-node" to "node" and all ".ts" to ".js" I ran bash naps-splitter-launcher.sh and still got the same error naps-splitter-launcher.sh: line [x]: node: command not found
so I asked AI what's wrong and it said that bash command can't be run on powersell (vscode terminal) and started creating a powershell script instead, ofc I didn't trust it. asked how to run .sh file without bash, it said windows doesn't run .sh file, 3rd party software like wsl or cygwin is necessary. and this time it gave me a .bat file that is easier to use.
googled how to run sh file on windows, and the top answer of stackoverflow said to use Git Bash instead of vscode (I have git bash)
the script ran successfully on git bash
hmm still took you about 3 minutes
at this point idk how to make it run faster for slower computers
and this is the bat file claude gave me. idk what language this is, but it felt mostly fine matching with the sh file. except I dun get the "wait" part in this bat
for reference, my cpu is intel core i5 6400 and ram is 16gb
