I'm pretty sure you gotta have the contents of Grasscutter_Resources-3.2 in the Resources folder which itself resides in the folder which contains grasscutter-1.x.x.jar

in laymans terms, grasscutter requires mongodb service. mongodb compass lets you connect to grasscutter which is using mongodb service. why would one wanna connect? to view and edit grasscutter server data... this is like over-simplified but should be understandable....

wait a second... idk who told you that you could edit fate in the player properties but... the id for the 2 types of fates in the game is as shown in the attached screenshot... hence you cant edit them 💀

i think you can clone your user's data set and assign it a different name and uid and then experiment (if you are scared of messing up that account)

I mistakenly clumped fates in properties alongside the currencies there (primos, mora, genesis) but looks like they actually are stored in items (I haven't actually played the game in a long time and forgot they showed as items in your inventory )

You can filter by the id for which one you want and then edit the count for your uid
