You put the folder "Resources" from inside the downloaded zip into your grasscutter folder
This is most definitely not where your previous resources were read from though
As in, neither of the folders you screenshotted are valid grasscutter folders
You probably have your actual grasscutter inside the folder "Grasscutter-development"

Not how you did it in the earlier screenshot though, you need to open the folder "Grasscutter_Resources_3.2" and take the folder "Resources" from inside of it

You would likely have to find the property (grasscutter>player>properties) which defines it manually in mongodb (they are not named, you would need to match numbers and use trial and error)
